I want to speak to somebody in upper management position

We my wife and myself came in to bass pro shop in Kodak Tennessee, where we shop often and the lady at the front talk to me about getting a credit card Bocelli really didnt want to do and I asked her could I purchase firearms on the credit card and she said yes of course and then I asked her for this OK for my wife to purchase firearms in the credit card she said yes, of course anything in the store, so I signed up got a credit card they instantly gave me the card. We went upstairs to buy a weapon for my wife, a pistol and she picked it out. I handed her the card and they said that we were trying to do a straw transaction and she was supposed to be buying it for me so I said to the man he could running in my background and then he said well that looks like youre trying to buy it for her and denied us the sale which I know you have the right to, but we are both honest, law-abiding older couple and we buy no 50 to 100 guns a year and your stores one of my favorite stores in so I called a couple days later and spoke to somebody on the customer service line and they said I could purchase her gift cards and she could buy the firearm with gift cards so we go back to the store again I purchase her the gift cards, hand them the gift cards and they do the exact same thing and denied her the firearm so I was a little bit upset more than a little bit but we left and then one of the employees that I know theyre that works at Smoky Mountain Knife works told them at their business so now theyre denying us sales there which weve purchased numerous weapons and thousands of dollars a Ammo at both stores and never had a problem. I am very upset and I need someone in a supervisor position that can do something about it because I know you like I said before have a right to deny me sales but your employees do not have a right to call other stores in town and get me blackballed from my favorite stores Im very upset thank you once again, Geoffrey Miller 865-455-****

Poor service and lack of merchandise on hand.

I went to your San Antonio store to pick up some baits. I drove an hour to get there. I needed some Mann's Baby Minus 1 baits. Guess what. Didn't have them. Your sales rep was clueless in being able to help. He got some help. The guy he got was basically rude. We asked for directions for camping. He indicate it was on the other side of the store. We went searching for it. We finally asked someone and was told it was upstairs. I was ticked. This is a far cry from the Bass Pro Shops I have bought items in the past.

Toilet Grade Experience

Was informed the item was ready for pickup. It wasn't. Had to make two trips to the store. Had to argue to get the veterans discount. I don't think they gave it to me or honored the sale price. Apathetic salespeople.

Bad customer service.

I called the store on Thursday and was told i could bring my gun in any time for an appraisal toward a trade on a new revolver. i drive a little over an hour to the store to find there is no one there to appraise. i looked at the revolver I had called about and all they had was the display. it had some scratches on the cylinder so i asked about a discount. the salesman said he was speak with his manager. the manager never even looked up from the computer, never acknowledged me, never looked at the gun, nothing. he just simply said no we are not giving a discount. he never offered a possible alternative, never interacted at all.

Pay for exchange shipping???

I purchased rod holders and bases to fit the new boat I purchased At Bass Pro Shops. The bases fit the new boat. The rod holders do not fit the bases that came in the same order at the same time. The person that packaged the order did not reach out to me at the phone number or email that I provided to see if the order was correct. Now Bass Pro wants me to pay for return shipping, and to insure the package. I would either have to trust Bass Pro to let me know if they actually got the return or also pay for a return signature. The Bass Pro rep stated that it was not possible to exchange an online order, I could only get a refund if I jump through the hoops. I was also told she had no way of knowing what rod holders would fit the base.

Red Flagg at Glendale Bass Pro Shop

Hello, I'm emailing you on behalf of my adult Nephew Lorenzo Rincon as we are deciding on a course of action.. My nephew the Director of Glassford Place in Prescott Valley Az. was in your Glendale Az. on or around the 8th of April to purchase a used pistol. I had looked all over trying to find a decent deal and thought he had one at your Glendale location. As he was in the area for his wife's medical treatment he stopped by. He saw it, he called me and was ecstatic and was going to purchase it. Several minutes later he calls me stunned that the salesman denied the sale. Stating he had violated a Redflag law and that not only could he not purchase the pistol but could NEVER buy a weapon in ANY Bass Pro Shop EVER again nationwide. Then REFUSED to disclose what Redflag law he supposedly broke! As Lorenzo runs medical background checks AND purchased other weapons and knows he is not in any violation of any law. He also has purchased a weapon there in the past and was also able to purchase a pistol and rifle elsewhere. He was NOT in any violation and I wish to know what recourse he may take with this company over this. Will this matter be looked into? May my nephew return (the pistol is gone I'm certain and he has purchased another and no he is not in any violation of ANY Redflag law as the SAME questions were asked) as he as I stated is in the area on occasion for medical trip reasons. My nephew is half hispanic and noticed 3 other hispanic looking men were also denied. He was NOT with them but one of them stated that they also had been red flagged with no explanation and were told the same. They ALSO stated they had purchased weapons there in the past. We do NOT jump to conclusions but this seems very suspicious and comes across with racial overtones or perhaps this very nice pistol was wanted by a friend of the salesman,, all speculation but something wrong was afoot. Again my nephew who is VERY busy asked me to do this for him. I am NOT asking for ANY information pertaining to him to be disclosed to me. I'm ASKING is there a number my Nephew may call to resolve this and since we KNOW he is not in ANY redflag violation whatsoever he would like this matter looked into.. Can you legally, randomly and arbitrarily just decide to lie about this and ban someone forever?? My nephew said no argument was going on and friendly banter was involved and everything was fine UNTIL the MOMENT the salesman walked away to supposedly run the sale through. Upon the salesman's return he was rude and just wanted my nephew and his wife to leave. My Niece/his wife said that she could hear them talking about having computer error problems. IF this is the cause it should have been stated. Do we need to seek legal representation? Can you simply not just look into this, give me a number for my nephew to call and the next time you have a weapon he wants he will again as always fill out all forms and you can run them again. But again he did NOT violate ANY redflag laws and there was either an error or this was intentional. This was April 8th I believe. My nephew is as stated very busy but has been seething over this wrongful action as am I. We work very God Blessed hard to take care of people and own several firearms and have ZERO criminal records and this LIE is insulting! If this is the wrong dept. please forward to the correct one. Sucks

Nothing so far. They say its illegal to return a firearm it is not. It is their corporate policy and they dont care if they lie about the laws or how much you are inconvenienced you are stuck with a piece of *** product.

Copy of receipt

Your sign out front says 100% satisfaction guaranteed nothing could be farther from the truth! Your employees make false claims saying that something is illegal when in fact, it is only against company policy. I regret ever buying anything or any item from your store, and I will never darken the storefront ever again.

Gouging prices

Went to Bass pro shop in Concord, NC and was after a Compact folding fishing net. The one we found price under it said $19.99. When we got to check out it rang up 37.00 and some change. Cashier checked and it did come up the $37.00. I work in retail and I know that a lot of businesses will give item to you for price the customer saw on shelf to prevent claims or fraud being brought against them even though the price it rang up was correct. Or at least take 10% more or less off as a good will gesture toward the customer especially one that spent over $125.00 in addition to wanting the net. We found the same exact make and model at a local Walmart store in the same retail environment it was $14.22. Bass pro charges triple the price for same item. I call that price gouging.

Not happy!

This was the store in Garland Texas! Store was super hot when I asked why they said it had been broke for over a year and they still havent fixed it something is wrong here!!! It stunk! The dressing rooms were so stuffy i couldnt breath and it stunk like a wet dog made me sick Workers were super nice I will say that I felt very sorry for them that they have to work in that environment!

Bad smo

.I got it as a gift 6 months ago on 1/8/ 2022 And that's what happened to it the panel lift and I cannot use it anymore I use your website and it was a disaster you cannot get through Try to call and a computerized voice come out give me information to go to the website

Manager evaluation San Jose, Cherry Creek, Store

I and 7 other customers waited in line to be helped in the evening hours May 18 for 1 hour. During our wait as one cashier worked slowly assisting a customer, the store manager, Jason, ( who refused to provide last name) walked by several times. I broke from my place and went to front to ask for someone to come and assist. An employee identified herself as a team leader came to the desk and opened other cash register to help. Meanwhile, Jason (manager) just walked around apparently doing nothing. He did nothing to resolve the issue and allowed it to continue. It is my observation that his actions are unacceptable as manager and he should be replaced by the lady team leader who step into action. His casual attitude is bad for your image and as time goes by, you will find it will affect your stores reputation and performance. I was sufficiently upset to want this evaluation to be submitted to his profile. Get his replacement asap.Or send him to manager training where he can be trained that the customer is paramount and should not be kept holding in a line of others for 45 minutes when there are solutions to making the sale sooner.

Scam Bluegreen vacations

Why does an renowned Co. like Bass Pro let a scam Co. Bluegreen vacations in their locations? I have had the worst experience with the promotion that I purchased with Bluegreen vacations. I cant get them to confirm a vacation that I set up in Daytona Fl. on April 2 2022 for May 11 thru 14. Keep getting the run around,{lies}.
