BarkBegone has Spammed Me numerous times a day for 3 years now and ignores the Unsubscribe request and ignores the emails I have sent telling them I am not interested and not to contact Me anymore. I don't own a dog an never inquired about their products.

I ordered your bark be gone device on line. I received no confirmation you received it. I used my Visa card to pay. so I'd like to know if my order went through. My card information went to someone. Was it you or some scammer?? I'm about to stop payment.

Sent emails no response and they do not answer phone. Will call credit card co and refuse payment to them, Not having a item that does not work.

Very dissatisfied with their customer service
I have emailed the customer service at Bark be gone, and it bounces back saying it doesn't exist. I have tried calling during regular business hours and I get a recording that tells me to call back during regular business hours. Furthermore, I was calling during regular business hours. So how the heck is someone supposed to get a hold of this company. I want to return the device, but I have been trying for over a week to get a hold of this organization to no avail.

I returned their product as it was ineffective on my dog.I sent it by regeistered mail to ensure it was received.The only contact with this company is thru email.
I have sent numerous emails requesting my refund yet they still have not returned my money to me.I am currently owed a total of $131.87. As far as I am concerned this company is a scam!

Several times a day BarkBeGone spams Me. I Unsubscribed and email them to stop but they continue to harrass Me. I am a disabled senior citizen and want Bark Be Gone to leave Me alone.

Fraudlent billing
Initial order 1/20/2020, 3 unites, paid by Credit Card. Surprising charge appeared on 3/11/2020 for $29.00, no reason. Customer service didn't respond. Disputed with BoA, still in LENGTHY process. Watch out, fraudulent billing may occur.
