Liars!

Called me to get my checking account number as my payment hadnt arrived. Well, depending on where my payment went, east or west coast, we had severe weather so mail was delayed. I paid them, they didnt receive my check, so I was charged late fees. Plus interest. Barclays President called me to ask what they could do as I reported them to BBB. I told them to drop all charges to which they agreed. NOT NOT NOT BOT!! Im pissed!

Bo one knows whose responsible!

After working with both carnival and Barclay. A Barclay rep tells me my dispute is closed due to no response? I must resubmit to reopen. I ask for a supervisor only to find out I need to deal with carnival and guess what, the carnival dispute is closed too. I gave to reopen it. Carnival hasn't given me the time of day! Never correspondence from them with any status?

No Banks In UK

In general we have hardly any banks in the UK . This is not so on the continent I.E France ,they tried to close banks but the public would not have it . Spain if you go to most small towns you will find at least one sometimes five banks . Why do the English use there feet and walk instead of keep settling for what we are given. What we should have is a PayPal bank in every town , this would change things and give the banks what they deserve (NOTHING)

No reply to letters or payment of money they advise is owed by them.

Barclays sent me letter dated 2701****, rec'd 1102****. I replied 1202**** advising that I couldn't download their form as no suitable computer, no driving licence or passport so no 'official' photo. Included statement cover sheet as requested. NO REPLY !. Wrote again 1603****, NO REPLY. Wrote again 0505****, NO REPLY TO DATE. Barclays advised they owe me £687:36. WHERE IS IT? Ombudsman to be contacted 0506****.

Messing up my credit

I did not get my merchandise and tried to call the company but the phone was discontented. I called Barclay and they have me a credit but did not take off the payment. The website says I need to make a payment and having late fees. I have tried to call and give their messages about it but still on the website. This messing up my credit.

Cash from machine

I have poa for my brother, i tried to get cash out of machine today in Enfield town branch but because its a poa account I have to go to a cashier, I know things are difficult re pandemic but one cashier only is really unacceptable therefore i do not have 20-30 minutes to queue up. I can do an online transfer from my brothers account to mine, but i cant get cash out?My brother being the donor obviously trusts me with his financial affairs and I obviously need to get money out to pay for a short fall on his rent. As I cannot get the barclays app and have to do transfer from my laptop via pinsentry i find this very frustrating. Maybe Barclays need to move with the times regardng cash out from a machine for poa accounts,

Major complaint and no email address listed is recognised.

receive emails regularly for a card that expired over two years ago. A payment of less than £40 was rejected today......my account has more than £1,000. POA's card expired last year and was not replaced despite of repeated requests. I am both deaf and disabled so DO NEED HELP FROM MY POA Even doubt this will ever get to Barclays or that I will get a reply.....all email addresses listed have been rejected.

Blease 49 summerfields Sible hedingham Co9 3hs Date:07/12/2021 To The Manager, BARCLAYS BANK PLC LEICESTER LE87 2BB ACCOUNT BLOCKED AND CIFAS HALIFAX AND LLOYD'S HAVE BLOCKED MY OTHER ACCOUNTS TOO Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to bring to your attention that I have noticed a blocked/closure to my bank account and under review gone through all my transactions and things throughout my transactions. I have sold a lifetime of designers handbags and shoes my late husband bought for me due to the hardship we all have felt and under the COVID-19. I received a payment of £4305.20 got ended up with a block on the app ref RG21M and i personally tried to speak with the fraud;As they have blocked my accounts considering me being your customer for 20 good years without notifications nor explanation. Please help me and when will be authorized to access my account. There's money still in my account, and I am worried that this could happen in the future. Kindly look into this matter urgently and let me know when my account block will be removed, please, as I have a family of four that need feeding . I hope that this matter will be resolved and never occur again in the future. Sorry to be asking against how this was reviewed as my family is suffering?
