Sir today I am visit of shivaji chowk branch, meet mr bhagwat Gavali for transfer balanced loan amount 90k.i already request last Tuesday and give letter dated 27 July.mr gavali said will u transfer payment on Monday because login day..So I am agreed.but today till 5.pm not transfer amount,then again I visit branched and talk with mr Gavali..Mr gavali no talk with proper and wrongly behavior with me..One more request i am extend my home loan in this branch and service person mr.Gavali..So plz u instruction to Mr.Gavali for disburse my extend Home loan amount 15 lakh..I will all document already given to Gavali and chalan copy and completion copy submitted to Mr.Gavali..Staff not responaed properly.today i am so harassment of Mr.Gavali,ph not received.plz action it..Bank is very good but staff is not co operative.Mrs Neha madam is very co operative, she is always good guidenss and help ,service any time given. Sir if u want to proof for behavior mr bhagawat Gavali i will give u.

Un- genuine payment deduction
I want to inform you that I have an account in your bank. That time my account is now in minus (-credit) so please confirm to me why you are deducting the un-genuine payment. I was doing the visit to Bob's bank but he did not give us a proper answer. He said this amount is minus because maybe your cheque has bounced. But I inform you I have no cheque book. but again you have cut the extra charges, This is wrong. How can you deduct the payment without mail, without msg & without customer approval.
