The bank closed my account with no notice
Bank of America closed my account without any explanation. My social security gets deposited into there now I dont know what is going to happen with my funds . As when I called them they didnt give me the information I need to get the problem solved.,I will never support Bank of America again. I feel like I was a customer for many years they should have given me notice

Wrong address
I received a notice that I was to receive a new credit card. However the card is being sent to the wrong address and I could not change that address.

My HO insurance has not been paid from escrow - now late
Bank of America has dropped the ball... my homeowners insurance has not been paid from my BOA loan escrow account It is now late so there will be additional charges. What's worse is that I cannot get a code to log in! Pissed customer 2

Man I am so Sad that I had to barrow money from my family to pay for 2 check that I ran out of money. In 1 months $1250 for overdraft charges.
Over the years from 1995 I paid BOf A over $4000 with all these extra fees.I ask the Manager of Fremont ca location about why are you guys charge $1250 for only 2 checks ? She said that every time when your check not Good we have to charge customers $35. I replied that was only 2 check. She said that our Bank policy.

Terrible teller Yervand Bezoyan
Poor and bad experience with this teller. The branch has extra Armenian people with hard to spell names and strong Armenian accents. I felt bullied and threatened. I just wanted to deposit $1.75 and my visit turned into a nightmare.

On 7/20/23 at 10:30am I went to deposit $1.75 with a small, male brunette about 59 teller. I am only 54 and grey haired senior citizen. When I gave him the money he refused to perform services for no reason. When I am friendly, shy and reasonable I ended up surprised and in dismay because of the tellers bad behavior. He did not have any children or partner and when he bullied me at the counter I felt pressure to email the headquarters. Ive had endless transactions of similar amounts without any problems. I hope this bank will rehire at Sherman oaks location. The teller made my day into a nightmare. Meeting him was just a poor and horrible experience. I had to worry about the personnel, the building and the jobs.

I am so disgusted with Bank of America. I have had them since 2008. I have three checking accounts, one business account and a savings account as well as a credit card and vehicle loan. I went to use my credit card at the supermarket on the Fourth of July when they tell me my card is not authorized on July 3. They canceled my card and closed all my accounts with no reason they will not give me a reason I have an 800 credit score have never had a late payment with them any over drafts payments or past due accounts. After calling eight times and getting no resolution or response from them. I feel that they are targeting me and being prejudice because Im from Hispanic descent and not making enough money on me.

My account is locked up I cant get no one to understand the statement on the app!! Too many attempts call this number!! I call that number they have no clue! I have money sent from Zelle I cant get that! I filed a complaint and you sent a letter that that Apple Pay pay agreed for a refund!! You still took it out! Online app is trash cs is trash boa should be sued for this *** Transaction stats enemys are days behind where the *** is my $$ and why cant I get through in the oven

Bank of America offers you great deals about refinancing your car buy, with better interest rates, and you would save in a year, and also you would not pay back fees if you keep a minimum amount of money in your checking or savings account, I am really happy with my Bank of America. Also, I am planning to invest with Bank of America with different options they have for their customers, and also they offer enough branches all over the nation, so I would never run out of cash, and, or credit card, or debit card transactions.

Issues to login my application and account
I am trying to login into my BofA application, but you blocked my password. I think you did it because of suspicious activity, all of that was resolved, but I still cannot login, even using my longtime username and password, and I really need to do my transactions. Refusing to issue a refund on an overpayment on my credit card account
I have a credit balance of $795.00 on my credit/debit card. I called the Bank of America credit card department 6 times to get this credited back to my checking account. I even went to a branch twice to have this issue resolved all to no avail. I was told it would take 10 business days for this to be resolved and it is way beyond the time period. >This is fraud on behalf of Bank OF America and I will see it through. Jacob: CASE ID- 122 11* *** This issue started on June 8th 2023 and I am still waiting for my refund.
