I cannot send messages to musicians. I click on send icon and message does not go through to musicians

I couldnt get help in changing my password. Called the company (from UK to US) and there was no answer. Requesting a link to reset password never arrives regardless how many times you try to request it on Bandmix website. Nightmare experience!
