I purchased a 2009 CF Moto Fashion scooter from bandit motorsports of Eugene , On 10 June 2009.I paid 3149.00 for this purchase.A Mr. Jim Johnson processed my order. at the time of purchase Bandit motorsports agreeed that per the terms,and conditions of the sale i would receive the scooter in 5-8 business days. To date i have not received this product.When i call the store i just get a voice mail,with no return call.It is July 2 2009.
