Cannot reach Bandcamp customer service the 650 # is not in service. The 415 # goes to a hair salon! Burn it down!

Club membership for Julie Slick (?)
I received an automatic withdraw for one of my credit/charge cards. The charge was for $55.00 and for a membership fee for Julie Slick. I have to conclude it came as a result of something I did in error. I would appreciate it if my "membership" is canceled and the money be returned to my account. I recently purchased a CD on Bandcamp. Next day, I went to logon to buy another album. I am not able to logon. BC says will sent alert to my email. Never happens. They do not reply from support. Both phone numbers for bandcamp are bogus! Bandcamp, you suddenly SUCK!not until they act responsibly. The first Phone no longer in service. The second goes to a salon. The email never replied.

Billed for wrong cd purchase
I received a thank you from bandcamp for a purchase that was not for the cd I purchased. I already purchased that cd 2 months ago.

Can not access app or purchase items
Cant access my account or purchase any items offered. Can not update my password. Costumer service has been worthless in resolving issues related to my account(s). I lost a phone and was told I could not keep my old number resulting in the loss of access to my first account I invested over $2000 into. Opened a new account but now the current problem above. Super Disappointed in Bandcamp at the moment. Bandcamp Sucks! Outside of their selections

I bought a shirt on the page of Matsuri Digital on the bandcamp website .. and more than a month has passed and I have not received any message about it nor the shirt and I tried to contact the owner of the page of matsuri and there is no answer and I paid money for the shirt so please if you can't send me the shirt at least return the The money I paid and thank you.. although I would have preferred the shirt

Placed an order June 20th with Metal Assault Records. A CD Spirit Of The Lonley Places by Ealdor Bealu Bandcamp ID 121739****. Also placed an order with the same record label onMay 7th Psychic Forms by Ealdor Bealu Bandcamp ID 375295****. After sending two e-mails about my order saying they were two seperate orders i was told that they will ship when the CDs arrived at the record company. I only got 1 CD the Psychic Forms CD. For some reason they are not sending the second CD. I now do not want the second order as i feel they either are not understanding that i had two seperate orders or don't give a *** I have made this very clear about the seperate orders .I would like to be reinbursed for the amount of 22.98 US dollars.I usually purchase through PayPay but i used a bandcamp gift card.
