Cannot reach customer service
Doing an installation for a customer, parts were missing on a new customer order. Called to have parts sent to our store, FedEx made one attempt to deliver on a day we were closed. Could not recover order, sent back to Bali. This was over a month ago, have not been able to reach Bali since. No one answers the phone.

attempting to get parts not included in box. We have attempted to call customer service several times, on hold a half hour or longer. No one ever picks up! We are running a business too!

Wrong blind sent out
Bali sent out the wrong size blind When I contacted Bali I was told I needed to contact JC Penny's where I ordered my blinds from. I thought this was. Poor customer service since I gave all the information to the customer service rep and still had to go thru Penny's after waiting on hold for a long period! I spent over 1300. Bali plantation blinds- custom - not measured correctly &tilt rod connection poor design
I bought custom Plantation blinds at Lowes, Kingston, NY measured by lowes, sent to factory to be cut however some of the blinds were too long by 1-2 slats but told by installer that they could not be sent back to the factory to be recut as that would void the warranty. also the mechanism that tilts the slats is a poor design because the clip has fallen out 2 X so far that connects the tilt rod to the mechanism that moves the slats and it is impossible for me to put that metal clip back in the groove to attach the tilt rod. the big problem is that the mechanism that tilts the slats is very hard to move , not like the ones on the Plantation blinds I have on the first floor and one can tilt the slats very easily and never had any problem with the tilt rod connector coming off the mechanism that tilts the slats. So all in all, very dissatisfied with having paid 3 x as much to have blinds installed by the company when all we had to do when installing blinds on the first floor is to shorten them as we were able to buy widths that were compatible with our windows.

Broken the FIRST day

So, make that TWO of 4 handles broken on day one. Today is day 2 and I am not opening the blinds any more as they are unfit for purpose under the uniform commercial code.

I ordered Bali cellular shades for skylights I wanted to block and THE FIRST time I tried to use the extension pole and grab the handle to pull the shade closed, the handle snapped. Fortunately, the shade is in the down (preferred) position because I cannot get up to reach the blinds. I call Bali warranty and Bali says, no problem, we can send you a new handle "first name". I said, "first name" isn't getting up on a 24 foot ladder to try and figure out if a handle will fix the problem and replace it. They said call the place you ordered from, we can't help you. I did that, and they were very helpful, but this review relates not to them but to Bali and their quality and their ability to warrant their product. Bali should bend over backward to try to help, not find a way to weasel out of the responsibility for building a garbage product.

Order from Home Depot
Ordered min blinds and roller shades mini blind! Pisseds received but waiting over a month for roller shades. Was promised on June 13 th then they say June 22 today I called Home Depot they said they are back ordered til July 13th This is BS ! I will never order again from Bali.. they do not deliver as promised pissed off customer!

I can not open the blinds
When I tried to pull the blinds open something broke and I can't pull them back now, We purchased them about six months ago It's the Bali 3and 1/2 inch vinyl 78 "Wx 84'L. I tried calling but the line was busy for a long time and was not able to get through

Horrible customer service
I have called 4 times trying to get replacement parts and have yet to talk to anyone. You will be put on hold automatically. on hold for 38 minutes. Just reached someone. The lady I talked to was very nice but I could not order any of the replacement parts that I needed. Wasted an hr of my time. Only parts you can replace are the slides and parts inside the header.

Parts missing
Ordered Outdoor shades last year putting them up but the shade boxes missing screws and plastic clips are missing

Terrible quality for the money do not waste your time or money
Ordered blackout shades for one room 2 small windows, 1 large window and 2 french doors for 1600 plus. The shades appear a little too small curled edges, valances are metal uncovered look cheap and tacky. The valances on all bali pictured shades on line are covered not cheap metal. In fact, the edges of two valances were only glued on and fell off within the week. Home Depot Covina where they were purchased will do nothing. Of course, don't deal with Home Depot either they pass the buck to the manufacturer who won't respond and Home Depot won't make it right. Buyer beware of Home Depot and Bali subsidiary Spring Meadow shades. Note I bought blackout shades which were more expensive too bad quality and service were lacking in entirety.

Says that he is an independent villa rental agent. But he is just a rip off person... won't return money, has problems with this and problems with that. Days becoming weeks, weeks becoming months... avoid him at all cost. He is in UBUD.
