Bad experience

The address thats on Street Pits website: 1966 NE ST Suite 169 Miami, FL 33181 Im beginning to think theyre not a real company and just some scammers. I found a list of reviews that are all bad except a couple that look like the company wrote the reviews themselves. It started when I ordered a $65 hoodie and a month went by, finally I received this ugly white shirt. I emailed them many times with no response. Finally, they told me I never answered their question whether I wanted a refund or if I still wanted the item. Thats simply not true, I sent email after email asking for a tracking number and an approximate date I could expect to receive my hoodie. I also asked if they would overnight deliver my item, but even if they wouldnt, that I still wanted my item. This company seems fraudulent. If I can get my hoodie Ill take back all negative reviews, I just want my hoodie.

Wait 2 months, not receive all , overcharged !!!

Ordered more than one item, 7 in all. Took over 2 months, closer to 3 for one item. Cam only communicate thru e-mails, with questions when rest of order would arrive? Same answer every time, they sent it, check your postoffice. Overcharged on one little baby shirt, charged $26.00. Never sent the Dad shirt that went with it. E-mailed 8 times, either generic responces, or they acted if they did mot understand English. Very upsetting! Quality of items were of poor quality also. I should have read the reviews first. PLEASE do not order from this company. Don’t waste your money or time! It might look cute on their site, but that is not what you get! I rate this company a minus -2!!’ Very nerve racking, dealing with this company

Just 1star! This company out of China has terrible customer service when looking for answers about your order.

Generic responses with very little information. I will stay with American companies in the future.

Orders should not take2 months or more to receive. No wonder they have free shipping to the USA. They must be swimming these orders over. I can not tell you about quality since it still is not been received. Not holding my breath. Contacting them will not tell you a thing.

Have not received the first part of my order #22071

I received order #22070, but the other two items have not been received. Please send the items or return the money to my credit card. Horrible company

Company has horrible customer service. They were very rude and unhelpful. Items were not received in timely matter and they did nothing to assist with the matter. They couldn’t even provide me with updates on processing or shipping. I would never recommend this company.

Horrible

DO NOT BUY!!! I was very exited about this item (see pics and video) so i waited patiently for it (took about 2 weeks to arrive) and when i did i was so disappointed. So not worth the money. The flowers are not sewn well and they fall to the front looking like they are torn. And guess... what babidas won't give me a full refund and wants me to pay shipping to return the item. Won't buy from here ever again.

It was in our postal box in the secret locker.. they didn’t keep the key and after i contacted usps, I received it. Thanks !!!

I ordered 5 items one month back and got emails saying three items have been delivered.But I received only one item for which the status shows it is still in transit. And didn't receive other items for which it shows the status is delivered. I replied to an email with the status of my order.But I didn't receive any response from them. {{Redacted}}

Disappointed

Poorly made garment I wouldn’t put on a doll. Nevermind an infant. So disappointed. Refund policy is nonexistent You want me to pay shipping to China or give me 15% back of my purchase? Ridiculousness.

I ordered an outfit. Got my confirmation email and it said I ordered a 3 month. I have been trying to contact them just to change size. 5 times and no reply. What kind of customer service is this. I was really looking forward to getting this item but when i do i will have to return it. All i want is to change size. If anyone in customer service reads this please reply. Bad!!!!

I ordered 1 item 7th March - still waiting!! They keep telling me it’s with my local post office I’ve checked locallly and the reference number makes no sense!! Contacted this company who have said they can’t do anything WTF they are robbing rogues DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!
