Left a call back number and no one ever called me back. In the advertising it said you could pay monthly or yearly. I chose yearly. I got charged the yearly amount plus Im getting charged the monthly amount. Now I cant get anyone to return my call

Unauthorized charge
I was charged roughly $84 on my credit card. I canceled my babble subscription and it is was no longer in my Apple subscription. But I was still charged the money. I would like a refund .

Subscription fraud
I cancelled my subscription months ago, got a charge today for a subscription again. Then an email thanking me for renewing? Cant get ahold of support at all. Thats $40 and I didnt renew.

It says you can cancel within 30 days. Its only been three days and they want to charge me to even talk to them about it.

It's a great app but I want to learn more and different language I want to learn more of Spanish but different ways of speaking from good to not so so good to curse words and moreo I will recommend this program to anybody who want to learn any languages

Tried to sign up. Nothing worked as advertised. Being charged when I got nothing. Absolutely the worst online/company ever experienced. Want this cancelled, no charge, NOW. Confirm cancelled, no charge, no renewal. If no confirm w/in 24 hrs, calling BBB, Atty Generals Office, and going on Facebook and anywhere else I can think of, w/worst reviews you have ever gotten

The app won't let me log in
I just signed up and the app just keeps bringing me to the login screen but when I enter my password it just brings the login screen back

Terrible customer service !
I been trying to reach Babbel with no success. Very sad when you have a huge company and cant answer and help a customer in need . I am getting ready to cancel my membership and deal with a reputable company

Babbel “LIVE”
DI started a Babbel live subscription after I had been a regular Babble with just the modulars. I was a Beginner and really knew no French. After 27 classes, I finally gave up. Here are the reasons why. Cons 1. Many of the classes are in the early morning, if you live in the USA. 2. The teachers speak only the the language you are taking. One of them did not, but encouraged to speak in French. Her classes were always booked. If you are learning a language it is impossible to follow this coarse unless you know the language. Very frustrating. Pros I would definitely sign up again only if I was an intermediate learner. Then you can alt least follow the instructor. Customer service was very good at answering any emails. I cancelled within the time allowed, so I did get my refund back. My suggestion is if you are an absolute beginner at the language you want to learn, be aware you will have instructors that will only speak the language you are trying to learn. The classes are very organized. You do have many speaking opportunities.

Just bought lifetime subscription and can’t use it
On Saturday I just bought a lifetime subscription to Babbel. Being 62 I want to start using right away. Lesson. Dont buy subscriptions on weekends. Will get no support at all. None! Anyway Ive had my email for years. After purchasing, Im told my email isnt matching password even the hard one they give me. I have submitted many forms, emails and even tried to find a phone no to actually talk this thru. A lifetime membership sounded convenient. Many languages. No ads. And this is worse than I could have made up. Im giving it a day and then moving into another platform. One more thing they sent me a prompt asking to save 60 percent lifetime if I join now. Hmmmmm
