Website is awful and customer service is a joke

When buying tickets online I received an error message after putting in my payment information twice. Never received the tickets via email and they charged me twice. Contacted them 3 times with the information they requested and they wont respond or refund me my money! Website is awful and customer service is a joke.

Ordered wrong day online

Had all sorts of problems with website. Tried to login. "No account with that user name*. Tried to create a new account. "That user name already exists". Gave up and logged in as a guest. Then, ordered movie tickets for the wrong day. Called b&b. Made numerous attempts but could never get a live person. Emailed B & B. Got a response that said "unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges*. Worst customer service ever!

Did not receive the gift card I paid for

I have contacted them 3 times via the online help and have only received the boilerplate reply, I even looked up a phone number for an executive of the company, called left a message. No response. Basically they stole from me

Need to change ticket time

I can't talk to any live person at theater i got free ticket and one paid for ticket this morning through Atom for Sound of Freedom and i picked 4:10 this afternoon and the code is good through 8/8 so i am just trying to find out if i can use the tickets for any showings between now and the 8th because we can't make it to the one today?

Never recieved email after buying tickets

After buying tickets online I never recieved the email with the a QR code. I immediately called and emailed support but wasn't able to speak with anyone even after trying several times. I never received my refund and was scammed out of over 40 dollars. I will never be using this service again.

Charge for tickets

Reserved seats online adult seats for 3 should have been $39 including tax and a senior ticket should have been $11. My card was charged $58.37. I have yet to find out what the extra amount was for and of course nit able to speak with a person by phone. The theatre is not in my town.

Bad experience

Went to the 7:30 one it had Kids screaming and running around kicking seats also my seat was broken even the one beside me so I couldnt switch and there was a lady watching *** in front of me half way throw the movie

Power outage rescheduling

The fact that you have to drive to your theatre to try and resolve an issue and absolutely no one answers the phone in attempt to call and get answers is absolutely some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will not be spending my money in your establishment again.

Never received e gift card but my credit card was charged
