Please send my order it was a rug never receive it

Have not received my rug
I bought a rug and a quilt from in October. Received the sheets sown together disguised as a quilt, looked nothing like the picture, but no rug. I spent 123.00. I would like my rug.

Products are not what is on their website
Bought quilt that was nothing but a sheet with design stamped on it. A tote that was half the size the Docat was missing an eye.

False advertising , product not as ordered , scam company
Bought bedspread , what i ordered was not what i recieved , my complaint same as others fabric has a blurred , enlarged picture of a section of quilt . Fabric is very cheap. Why is wish.com still allowing this vendor . You cannot contact them . Azcozy is a sub along with many others , under a larger company . Has any one been able to get their money back from pay pal . Any advice would be appreciated

ordered on March 28th and just received. Understood it was hand made and would take time but I received it looked like it didn't take 5 minutes for them to do it. binding around the outside of the rug is not finished off and looks like crap, my 9 year old granddaughter could of done better I wish to return this rug. Please send me the information on how to proceed to send the rug back and get a refund

Blanket set is a piece of *** material, it is not a quilt or anything close to it.
Do not be deceived as I was. This is a scam that I got taken for, for 63.00 It is not anything like I was lead to believe..

I ordered a quilt and received a sheet. Then to send it back they wanted me to send a picture to see if they would approve it. So after waiting they said send it to China . I went to post office and they said $199.00 to ship back on a 89.00 item. SCAM COMPANY! I have read many reviews all bad. I wish I would have read this before buying. I just lost 89.00.

I have not received confirmation of mailing for 3 rugs. Paypal will not give me my money back - which is aggravating and now I am reading all these reviews. I wish I had known - why did FB have this company on their site - they are horrible. I tried emailing and it said their email box was full or not accepting emails. When will someone press charges against this company - I thought stealing and intentional misadvertising was illegal?

Worst item I've ever received from an online order. Not AT ALL what was described. I was sent a poorly made blanket. Not a plush rug worth $150. Not even the weight of a large pillow and I order the XL. Roughly 5 x7' Image is fuzzy and poorly printed. Obviously a stolen image. They're ripping off customers and artists. This is a scam.

I ordered a rug before Christmas approx 12/20/19 and received it 1/15/20. Of course I was excited after the long wait to open my package but was very disappointed upon opening it. It is cheaply made and not the quality and all that I expected. It also has black marks on the top of it in several spots along the top. The rug is supposed to be 6x4 and it falls short of tht. Ordered bedspread on November 5, 2019 when received item it was not as represented on site. Very cheaply made of very poor quality fabric. Did not receive any receipt or paperwork with item to ask for returning item to receive credit. This company also does not supply telephone number for customer service. Emailed my request and as of today January 15, 2020 have not received reply. Went online to check and seems this company has a DMCA takedown notice on it.

I received my order and it is wrong. I ordered a totally different blanket and it should have said I am a Nurse. But it says I am a Teacher. It also should have been Sherpa. I am very disappointed, after waiting almost a month to receive the blanket, I was sent the wrong thing. I was not sent any return or refund information. Misrepresentation and can’t reach customer service for return

2/3/20 since I was not able to contact AZCOZY by the email on the website and no phone number was provided I mailed the package back to the address on the website. I figured if I returned it my credit card company could help me get my money back.
The package was refused stating they did not order anything from me and was returned to shipper, me. I have yet to get it back.
I really don’t know what to do at this point. Suggestions welcomed.

I ordered a 2 Sherpa blankets and the first item I finally received was not the Sherpa blanket they showed in the photo on their website. The design was the same but it didnt have the thick Sherpa backing. I went to the website to find out how to return and said you couldnt return if it was opened. Well I opened one of them to see that it wasnt what I ordered. The website also states you have to contact customer service before returning. I emailed customer service about the discrepancy. I told them I wanted to return because it wasnt the quality I was expecting and not like the photo. Rather than tell me how to return they ask me to send photos. I do and I dont get a reply. I email again. They apologize and ask me to send photos again. This time the email doesnt go through. I have emailed 8 times and the mail comes back undeliverable. You only have 30 days to return. Per their website if you return without contacting customer service you may not get a refund. I dont know what to do or how to contact them.
