Tickets

I order my tickets on 9/1/2023 havent received them yet wanted to know where my tickets are at and when would I get them.

. Purchased insurance for a concert that did not happen because of weather. Received no refund and only a run around.

I had purchased insurance. Two reps from AXS told me that there will be no refunds for Dwight Yoakam because of the weather. He did not come on stage because there was thunder and lightning. Everyone was instructed to leave the venue. I was told by AXS that Levitt Pavilion needs to authorize refunds and they did not for the Dwight Yoakam concert that did not happen. I had purchased insurance and the insurance company said they could not find my order. I gave them my order number from my ticket purchase and also sent them a screenshot of my bank statement showing I had purchased insurance at the same time I purchased my ticket. Bottom line it has been a complete runaround. AXS is not taking responsibility and told me to call the insurance company. The insurance company could not find my order and told me to call AXS to get the correct order number. AXS gave me the same number I had in the first place. Then I had to take a screenshot of my bank statement to prove I purchased insurance. I had to email it to the insurance company. Havent heard anything from AXS or the insurance company. Neither one have had the courtesy to touch base with me to give me an update as to whether theyre working on it or they dropped the issue totally. Worst experience ever.

The worst

Problems logging in, problems in transferring money, customer service misinformation, customer service hang up, when got competent personnel even then transfer did not go through, supervisor disconnected 3 times in a row, 2nd request call back barely audible, now finding out aforementioned transfer did not go through over a month for funds

Customers beware

I wanted to buyback tickets and my purchase wouldnt go through. A warning came up on the screen. I logged out and log back in and made my purchase again. My purchase got duplicated and they would not refund me. I could not even find a person to talk to for almost a week. Worst company ever. I never do bad reviews but they didnt give a crap that I was out almost $200 because of a technological glitch. Everything is fill out this form and submit a ticket and we will get back to you within three days and give you a general response with zero help. Terrible customer service.

Cant get confirmation of order 102200**** Lana del rey / july 09th

My daughter bought a ticket for lana del rey concert in London on july 09th. Since them she never get a confirmation. She had to buy a Plane ticket so she spent a lot of monney and she cant get her ticket. Now she needs to book an hôtel and spend even more monney without being sure that her ticket exist. This is order 102209****. She never get an answer from AXS. She is very upset

Customer service

I used my laptop to get some tickets this past Friday for KCON LA Day 2 P1, and I was given an AMAZING seat as soon as I got past the queue; I went ahead and input all of my info as well as my card info but when once I pressed process purchase it loaded and the screen turned white and froze... I wanted to know if it processed, so I went ahead and used the live chat, and they sent me the CS number to call, so I did... I spoke to a lady and explained what had happened, and all she kept telling me to do was try again when they knew these tickets sold out quickly; I asked her some questions, and she decided to HANG UP ON ME... I called once again, and they were no help; it's been two days, and I'm still waiting for the apology for getting hung up on, and then they keep telling me about the browsers to use, the wifi with no VPN, log in and out so I asked if they put all of this in bold letters on the main pages of the site and app so customers are aware before they are getting their tickets so they don't lose their spot or their tickets? They also come at you with the "Oh, it could've been you lost internet." so you're telling me that after waiting in the queue and inputting all my info and then as soon as I decide to proceed to process the purchase, "I could've lost internet?" As I said, I still haven't been helped, and no apology for getting hung up on.

I have started traveling to other venues if I can avoid AXS for the same show. AXS has a monopoly at the Ryman and Opry House.

Service fees are worse than even Ticketmaster. Customer service is unavailable. Frequently, there is no choice to purchase a particular seat, or even a section-- customers are only offered a price-point which often translates to being offered a bad seat such BAL 9 or BAL 16 at the Ryman, for example. Gaylord Entertainment needs to dump AXS asap. This morning, the AXS website just locked up before I was able to make payment for tickets. (There were funds available; the damn AXS site just stopped working.) I hate this unprofessional outfit, the Ryman ushers hate dealing with AXS, and the Ryman box office seems to hate AXS. One star is way too generous!

Ridiculous company

Im so mad. I wasted 140.00 on nothing. I had the right time for the rodeo i wanted to go to then it made me log in before i paid for them and some how it switched the tickets to the earlier time. I contacted them and oh well we dont give refunds. Its *** Now i cant take my kids out this weekend because i work during the early show. The app wont let me resale them either. I will never use this app again and by the looks of the reviews im not the only one that is unhappy with this company.

Absolutely diabolical

Bought tickets no problem, money went out of my account at the speed of light. Couldnt make the gig so sold tickets via axs, cannot retrieve my money, no way of contacting axs, tells me to log into account but I cant, tells me to go to payments but there is no such option etc etc absolutely awful company and would highly recommend not using them ever! Still £185 down and really not sure if I will ever get it back at this rate! never again!

Online ticket sale will not go through

Im trying to buy tickets for a concert that has marketplace. Resale tickets available according to their website. I go all the way through the process to the checkout and then it says that there was an error that occurred to try again later. If I continue to do it at that time, eventually it says that my payment method isnt working and if it continues to contact my provider. I tried at least 10 times with three different cards, called my provider on each card on their end it does not show any attempt at transactions. However, the first time I spoke with AXS, they said someone would call me back in 3 to 5 days they could see on their end where I attempted several transactions . I waited two weeks no one ever called me back and I continue to try to purchase the tickets. When I went to the online chat, they told me I would have to be patient and wait for someone to return my call. I felt I was already very patient. I called AXS again. The young lady I spoke with, was very sweet Spoke with her manager and told me that everything should be good to try again. I attempted the transaction while I was on the phone with the young lady and got the same error message. She re-contacted her manager who said someone would look into it and call me back. That has been four days ago and I have yet to get an email or a phone call. I did also email access And have not received a return email on the situation either. Very discouraged that I would even have to wait 3 to 5 days for an issue. As you know when it comes to ticket sales, they may not be available in 3 to 5 days if someone else is successful. The lady that I spoke to did acknowledge that other people were having same issues on different artists and venues, so I dont think it was specific to this artist or venue . Very frustrated that I cant get answers and no one can help or even return a call.

Although AXS took the money, they blamed the promoters for the responsibility of issuing a refund. Wow.

Bought 3 Tickets for Power trip in October. The website said item sale had not gone through. I purchased from a mother card and it went through. This is not the first time this happens to us. Im so upset, Im $11,000 out in tickets!!! All I can do is sit and wait for axs to decide if they will refund me one of the transactions. Meanwhile my bank is negative. Horrible and a nightmare. I need my payout for my tickets that sold

I have tickets that sold that I need my money back from. I also have tickets listed but its not selling because of the mobile transfer states tickets in hand. I requested that these paper tickets get converted into mobile QR code tickets. I dont see any listing under my axs account where all of this generated from. What is going on ?
