Ripped off from the Trial Period
I ordered the product. Tried it for a few days then decided I didn't want to continue. I called and canceled before the trial period was over. Then via email (which went to my junk folder) I was told I needed to return the bottle by a certain date. My bottle was received the day after the day they said it needed to be returned and I was charged the $90. I called and said that they either needed to return the product (since I only used 3 pills) or refund the money. After 3 weeks they did not do either. I called again and threatened to report the charge to my bank as fraudulent since they kept my return product and charged me a fee. They said they would send out a complimentary bottle. I just received the bottle and it is a different product.... I AM LIVID

Don't get trial you'll be charged!!!!!!!
had not opened package due to being sick. Was checking my balance and noticed $89.95 had been withdrawn. This is for the supposed free trial and not being cancelled within the trial period. Unable to get an RMA from them to return unopened bottle. And unable to get refund without RMA. Showed the bottle to my PCP who said "do not take this too many ingredients can cause major side effects." Again their advertising is misleading does not state in initial advertising that on the day your trial period ends you will be charged full amount for the "Supposed trial"!!

Fraudulent Business Model
Like others, I went for the free trial for the nominal $3.95 shipping, only discovering after I ordered their plan - letting you know that the "trial" is only 14 days, which is roughly around the time you receive the product. They compound the deception by supplying a 30 day supply to ensure people don't cancel too quickly. By that time, the person notices that the product doesn't work (which it doesn't) and wants to cancel within the standard 30-day period, but their credit card was already been billed $96 for the "trial" because they didn't cancel within 14 days. But wait - it's worse! The shipping slip that comes with the product explains their convoluted way to cancel the trial. It requires you to visit their site, and put your information in to be able to then obtain some reference # which must be used on the outside of the package because you need to return the bottle the trial came in. But wait - it's worse! When you try calling “Customer Service” during the day, they are either "closed", or "away from their desk", and you are asked to leave a msg. for them to respond within 24 hours, which they don't. In short, if you ordered already - get on the phone quickly with your cc company, and cancel your card immediately so they cannot bill you again.

I just received a $90.00 charge on my account from the company. I contacted them to find out why as I never received my trial version to see if I like it. They told me they show it was delivered but have no proof of that. I told her I want my money back. She stated to me she was cancelling my account but could not refund my money as I did not cancel within the 14 days. I told her I wanted to speak with a supervisor and she put me in a voicemail. SCAM!! Do not order.

I ordered the 14 day trial on August 14 today is august 22 have yet to receive it I got on to cancel it because there's no way I'll be able to do trial an cancel it before the 14 days are up an I was told I had to send back the bottle by the 27 to not be charged 89.95 how am I supposed to that when I haven't even got it yet this is a scam if I were you I would stay clear now I'm going to be out of 90 dollars cause I don't have the product to send back in time

Total fraud no free sample
they said free sample send shipping and took my credit card number recived on june third and then paper said if i ued the bottle then they will charge me 89.99 plus shipping and said trial foe 15 days supply and if i dont like it then need to return bottel by 11 if june so how can i use for 15 days when i got it on third june and bottel need to be returned by 11. other wise they will charge me full money 0n 12th so total scam any way i retuned the bottel on7th of june hopefully they will get it by 11th . otherwise i will call my credit company/lawer if needed

Avesil Cancelation policy
I purchased Avesil knowing they had a 14 day trial and If you did not want to continue receiving the product you would have to cancel before the 14 day period was up. I tried it for 13 days, called them and canceled because I did not really see much of a result. They were very understanding. They canceled my membership without any controversy. I continued to take the product for the next 16 days when I realized that it actually works very well. I had lost almost 13 pounds. I now am ordering again. My only complaint is I wish they gave you a full month so you can see just how well this product works.

Free Try Review
Ordered the risk free / free try payed shipping no big deal. The product never came I forget about it until I go to the store an my card is declined. Took me for over 90 $ I call customer care pretty much told me to suck it up. So the bank wants to go thru a bunch of bs an I'll have to hot list my card an order a new one. This company is ***. Never got it so cant say it sucked *** Lesson learned #pissed&broke

Despite cancellation continued to charge and not ship product
cancelled within appropriate time frame and sent back bottle as directed but they continue to charge credit card and not send product. Product does not work and makes me ill. Bad business practices and poor customer service. State of florida has some negative things to add about this company. Numerous complaints have been made to the bbb and other ripoff websites. It seems that this organization does this same bogus marketing scheme with other products. It appears as though the goal is to continue to charge your credit card once they have it and it is dubious as to whether or not they ship the product.

I purchased Avesil about a month ago. Started taking it and got along fine for the first week. After that...whether the product went bad or what....I took it three times thinking it wasn't the problem....ended up vomiting and diarrhea all three times...finally figured out that it was the Avesil that was the problem...not what I had eaten. I am seriously thinking I should get this product to a lab and see if there is arsenic in it. I just want people to beware. I am trying to find out where to take the pills and have them checked...anyone have info they want to share?

Huge scam
I was conned in to ordering with the $1 free trial. After the free trial I cancelled the product which was not acknowledged. I was charged for two more months, received one, who knows if the other months product will even arrive. Most importantly, product doesn't work at all. I don't recommend this to anyone. The person I spoke with on the phone was not at all helpful and simply wanted to argue with me about the process. Very poor customer service with this company. I don't understand how crooks are allowed on the internet to sell their wares. I will certainly be more cautious in the future.

I did the trial offer of Avesil. I was faithful to it for more than 20 days and it did not work for me AT ALL, how ever when I tried to cancel the automatic delivery of the next month($95) they told me it was too late and that it would come out of my account anyway. The receptionist on the other end of the line was very rude and had a "snickery" sound to her voice as she declined me my request. When asked to speak to her manager or supervisor she put me on hold, came back on the line and told me there was nothing I could do. However, she did tell me to have a nice day. WOW!! Not only is this pill a ripoff, they themselves are a "RIPOFF"!!

I was under the impression that for the 14 day trial, you paid $3.95 for shipping and handling. They charged my account $90.00 which caused overdrafts and lots of problems. I have learned my lesson. I will go to a physical store and make my purchases in the future. No more scams like this. I would like my account credited back. The company lied and the consumer should not have to suffer like this.Ethics and morals are sorely lacking here.I will not recommend this product to anyone. Above all, I am sorely disappointed in my judgment.

Didn't work at all
I tried this product for more than 14 days along with a healthy diet and regular exercise and I didn't lose a pound. The fact that this pill "controls your apetite" is a placebo efect because I didn't see any difference in my appetite while taking thhs medication. Also, I was experiencing this horrible sour-salty taste in my mouth, and then I realized it was a side effect of the medication, because once I stopped to take them (because they just didn't work for me at all), they bad taste was gone. By the other hand I want to mention that if you return the bottle to the company ON TIME, they dont charge you anything and alo they cancel your order so you wknt receive more products from Avesil, so once you receive ur trial (if you still wanna try) be sure to cancel the order online right away and return the empty bottle ASA and you WONT get charge for the trial.
