Ordered flowers, online said delivered, didnt, tried to reorder with computer , no luck, no one answers phone, still no delivery. Why do you advertise same day delivery but two days later and you dont answer phone

The flowers could have been placed on a spray. There was plenty of flowers in arrangement. I also requested a red, blue and white ribbon. One color, red.
I was quoted a price for floral basket. I thought I got a discount, but I didnt see one. I did not receive final price. Can you send me one?

No instructions came with the order. The order was sent to a 90 year old woman who had never had orchids before.

Placed an order on Saturday 8-12-23. Was told it would be delivered on the 8-13-23. Guess what still waiting. What ever you do do not use this company they will lie to you to shut you up. Beware scamers!!!

Want my money back want to cancel an order
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS 3RD PARTY COMPANY AT ALL!! THIS IS NOT AVA'S FLOWERS. IT'S AN ASIAN 3RD PARTY STORE. I ORDERED A SQUARE GLASS VASE WITH DAISIES AND CARNATIONS. IT SHOULD'VE BEEN A PINK AND WHITE ARRANGEMENT. INSTEAD THEY DELIVERED 4 PURPLE CARNATIONS ON TOP OF A BROWN PIECE OF PAPER. THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGITIMATE AT ALL. THEY ACTED DUMB AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND.

Received NOT what I ordered
I ordered and paid $218 for a basket of sunflowers & daisies & a plant with a banner saying we love you Todd. They called & said they had no sunflowers (two days after I paid) but promised there would be daisies. I received a cheap glass vase of freesia & lilys (no daisies) and NO basket!! Also no banner in the plant. Todd J. Order Number 1048**** Your order for 1048**** has been reported as delivered. Did not get the service I paid for
My name is William Blodgett I live in Baltimore Maryland My mom lives in Coeur d'Alene Idaho now my first time using Avis flowers I paid $116 to have flowers and chocolate sent to my mom and have them delivered before 2:00 in the afternoon The flowers still haven't been delivered to my mom yet and it is now 4:30 in the afternoon I will never use their service flowers again

Buyer beware
What I thought I purchased vs what was delivered was night and day. Photo #1 from the website, photo 2 what my poor sister received for her birthday. Customer service was not great, they tried to reach out to the flower designer and they could not reach them so my only options were to have them re-deliver new flowers and take the old ones, or a $20 refund.

Ordered 2 floral arrangements received one got a text at 2pm on Saturday on purpose after 2 avas knew I could not order and get flowers for Sunday for father's day the arrangements were for my Son and Dad at the cemetery then said they will be or should be Tuesday no f!!! You dont buy from here read the BBB complaints

At least the the virtual card delivered. You know what didnt? My order, no one to talk to at Avas. No one to chat with. No refund. They are thieves. Today, Tuesday I called and AvasFlowers is closed. Imagine that. I will go on every social media platform to tell people not to do business with these crooks.

Flowers dont match advertisements
Ordered but to time i got tosheck out the price doubled.red flag but i Ordered any way.they came looking like house garden picked flowers. Nothing like the advertisement. Calling CS tmshe kept anwsering the same verse 1/2 off flowers only bla bla bla policy. Going vack and forth 30 minutes and wasting my time i was fryed done exhausted. Hello. First of all I feel like you false advertises your prices. You advertise for 49.99$ and then the next thing you know you got to check out and there is a 30$ service fee. Ridiculous. I placed two separate orders for Mothers Day and I was very disappointed in both orders. I spent 180$ total and it was a complete waste of money. The first order (order # 1032****) I got notified at 6:40 Mothers Day evening that the order was cancelled. The second order (order # 1032****) was delivered but the recipient wasnt home and they were left outside for hours. Thats not okay. Your policy even states that if no one is home to receive the flowers the order will be cancelled. So you delivered flowers when they shouldnt have been delivered but cant be bothered to tell me in a reasonable amount of time that the other order cant be fulfilled. I must say my whole experience was not good. I had a lot going on and unfortunately had to order the flowers the Friday before Mothers Day. I used your company because it was a guarantee delivery by Mothers Day but I guess I should have just gone somewhere else and just had the flowers delivered Monday or Tuesday.
