To alert others to steer clear of this enterprise.

mico 1st, you have to call them to activate their software. To do this you have to allow them to access your system remotely. I use a USB with Windows 10 on it, so my internal hard drive cannot be compromised. 1st Company where I could not have an activation key sent to my email. 2nd Deceptive advertising. I purchased a package with the sole purpose of erasing backgrounds in photos. It is advertised as if all the packages on their website come with the ANNUAL activation. Nope. You get to add each product, but you are not made aware of this until after your purchase. I deleted the software, bit the bullet on the purchase. Format the USB and re-loaded WIN10. And the activation specialist could not speak English.

Tech problem

The person that got phone line with me was rather rude and I have several times for a supervisor manager his boss whatever instead he wanted to just keep running his mouth and keep running and keep running it finally got cussing and hung up cuz I got sick of it I'm the one that called in I'm the one going to ask questions and when I told him did I suffer from a heart attack and a stroke and Alzheimer's he's going to keep talking keep worried about the support number I said look at my information and you will find it out but no keep talking ask for a support number look at my information quit asking questions it's pitiful when I talk to another one a while back and he sent me my new download for my a software he told me to call back but I had any issues and then I'm explaining it to this person and he keeps want to say support number support number support number support number like it's a robot. Find a different company .

COULD NOT DOWNLOAD THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED, THEY DID NOT SEND THE BACK UP DISK AND THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH BY EMAIL OR PHONE. NEXT STEP IS A COMPLAINT WITH THE CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY GENERAL

COULD NOT DOWLOAD PRODUCT AS THE WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD PAGE DISAPPEARED. IT HAS BEEN 15 DAYS SINCE I ORDERED THE BACKUP DISK. TRYING TO REACH THEM IS FUTILE. THEY DONT ANSWER EMAILS AND I WILL NOT SPEND MONEY TO CALL THEM WHAT A RIPOFF. THEY ARE A FRENCH COMPANY SO BEWARE OF DEALING WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE.

Had *** of a time trying to contact you

I had a simple query about my account and software and could not get past the chose your language on at least two procedures. i.e. I could not log into Avenquest. Or contact you as English was not an option and your sites would not let me proceed until I selected a language. I finally got an answer that I needed to contact Upclick, which I finally achieved by phone.. The lady at Upclick was very helpful even though she most probably aware I was frustrated. The line was bad with echo but she persevered and sorted my query to my satisfaction. Once I get delivery of my latest order I doubt if I will ever elect for annual renewal of software again as it is the biggest rip off on nearly all software companies seems there is no need to show loyalty to regular customers just cheap offers to new customers so that's what I shall be from now on A new customer every year cheers

Charged me for service that I know nothing about

I want the money charged back to my account from July 2022 to January 2023. Money was charged and I don't know what for!!! I have no idea about what the charges are for!!!
