Wrong shipping adress

don't know their *** from *** in the wall customer service is rude and hung up on me I'm not happy about it as $100 in car parts are going to someone else's house and they can't stop the order or refund


Scammer Company

This company shorted me 8 parts from my order and refuses to refund or ship the parts. Reported to BBB and FBI Cyber Crimes


Shipped wrong item.

I ordered a jack and received a chalk. Despite 15 emails and phone calls. Poor customer support. Evidently the warehouse rules the returns.


Return wrong order,

Its ben a month when I ordered, you sent me one wrong color. I took pictures of wrong order & got a return shipping label from you & returned. You said you would refund my account. And email me when you have. I have not heard back from you, am tired of the run-around . I want this resolved. Order no 973052


I received part quickly but I requested a cancel and return the day after ordering because it was the wrong part. After a week i am still waiting for return instructions that supposed to take 1 day

Ordered on 4th, tried to cancel on the 5th, said it was to late and had to return. Received on the 7th and submitted for return and am still waiting for instructions to return which the company said would take 1 day to get when requested on the 7th and now its the 12th and still waiting. Have sent three messages to customer support with no responseavoid dealing with thisa


They are nothing but lying bastards

I ordered a part on October 1st and I paid for 2 day shipping on my part I got an email from autoplicity on October 7 saying my part isn't going to be shipped till October 15 so I called them and they said I will be getting my shipping money back it will take 3 to 5 business days so I waited for it and on 5 day nothing so I called them back and they where working on it so I waited another 5 business days and still nothing so I called them back and they said it will be in 24 hours so I waited and and nothing again so on October 27 I called again and they said I will have it in 24 hours so today is October 28 and guess what nothing again so I called them back and the person I talked to said I will have it by 3:00 pm and guess what nothing again so I called them back and now they said it would be another 3 to 5 business days this is the worst company ever so in the morning I will be calling the better business bureau


Getting nothing but a run around

I ordered a part for my car and I paid for 2 day shipping on October 1st and I still haven't received anything I call them and they keep saying it was in processing I was also told I will be getting my shipping back since it has been over 16 days now I talked to them on the 15 of October and was told I will have my money in 24 hours so I checked my account on the 16 October and guess what I was lied to again now they say it's in processing that it will take another 3 to 5 business days I am also going to be putting this on Facebook to let people know that this company really is not a good company to buy from


Advertised Set of 2 Fullway HP108 All-Seaon Tires - Only Got 1

Only received 1 tire - notified them of this and they noted that it was placed wrong on the site, it's only 1 tire, not 2. Offered a full refund if we will send the tire back using a prepaid label, or they would allow us to keep the tire and give us a 50% refund. Called them to state that's false advertising and we are due the other tire for their error. Was told that they will not send us another tire. I would NOT order from this company - if they cannot advertise correctly on their website or Amazon, what else are they not telling us?


No refund

Bought a fridge 1/16, received it broken. The whole top of the plastic vent was crushed. Contacted them right away. Took a week for them to give me authorization to return the item. Another 3 days for the shipping company to pick it up. Several days later they say they received it and will return my money. 2/16 was that email and its 3/ refund. Opened a case with paypal to try and get my money back. Not a quick process. Customer service was slow but good up until it was time to pay out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM.


Poor service and deceitful practice

On a Sunday I ordered a $40.00 window motor for my truck. Right after I ordered it I realized that it was the wrong part. I immediately cancelled the order. Well on Monday they say that they didn't see the cancellation in time and shipped out the part. I was advised to refuse to shipment. I did refuse the shipment and 2 weeks later I received a $13.00 refund. I called the company and was told there was a restocking fee and a return shipping fee, which I was never informed. I then spoke to a supervisor and she said that I should have looked up the part on the manufacturer's web site to ensure it was correct, really I have to look up a part from there listing, which was incorrectly labeled. Anyway she said she would refund me the return shipping and restocking fee since no one told me. Well, here we are 2 weeks later and still no refund.



I ordered my car part online and got a whole different piece delivered to me. Customer service was horrible, unprofessional, and slow. I had to get my bank involved because autoplicity added an authorized purchase to my credit card which I didn't order. Of course, they deny it, but my bank took care of that for me. I'm currently awaiting a full refund because they do not have the car part that I ordered in stock, nor for the price posted. Let's see how long it takes for my refund, since I had to wait 2 weeks for the wrong part to be delivered. Never again will I buy anything from this unreliable company.


No response

I was trying to contact autoplicity about an item I purchased through Amazon marketplace. I did not get a response from Autoplicity but I did receive word through Amazon marketplace that it shipped yesterday. So I am expecting my order by the end of the week. Thank you for the follow up


Criminal Scam

Placed order number 748883 on 6/13/2020. Paid $48.08 to over night the product. On 6/15/2020 received e-mail it was shipped (2 days later) waited and fed ex keeps saying Label created. I then called today and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Each time I got a person who can barely speak English and they just transfer me to another department. Then Aaron said let me get you over to someone who has all the info and transfers me back into the queue for another 5 minutes. Then Donna answers who again can barely speak English. Puts me on hold another 5 minutes and comes back and says, "Sir it will ship tomorrow and you will get it Monday". (More than a week later)!! I said you need to refund the $48.08 you charged for overnight. Donna says, ok will do that and hangs up on me. Call back and get dead air. This is criminal.

Haven’t received parts

Ordered a gas tank 12 gallon (ca. 45 l) on April 8th and still have not received it checked with hoping this gets resolved.


Poorly run company , you may not get what you order , buy elsewhere.

After spending the time placing an order with this company for a motorcycle exhaust which their website said they had 9 in stock , I was disappointed when I received an email saying that my order was canceled without any explanation. So I had to waste more time trying to call their call center , when I finally got to speak to someone they were no help, and could only say maybe they are out of stock , when I explained at the time of order their website said they had 9 in inventory , they said it must have been incorrect .... Not a well run company and does not offer much in the way of customer service. Shop somewhere else there are too many great online parts businesses to put up with this nonsense.
