Delivery issue

Hello, my order number is 8673**** and it was issued on 24/04/23 using the tracking app I see that my order is in Poland for some reason when they should have arrived in Romania, where I put the street and zip code. It also says that is delivered. I dont know what is happening but my order which is not a small order should have been delivered to Romania long ago, so please contact me and let make this work somehow and get my order delivered to my country and the right address. Thank you.

Disappointed employee

I'm an ex employee into this company. So, the ex manager has promised an annual KPI for 2022. Now, in the end the big manager has resigned and became another one called Alex. He has rejected this annual KPI and I didn't get paid for. This matter was escalated and no solution. If you are promising something- just do it even if the managers are changed.

Never replied to my email

I have ordered parts on 27th.Match.it is already 5th of April. I have sent an email on the 2nd.May when my order arrive. Autodoc customer service never replied me !!!. Terrible customer service

Don't believe the app telling you that parts fit your vehicle, they don't! And you only get 2 weeks to send them back. Sent parts back, 2 weeks later still not had a refund and they claim not to have received them yet! Utterly useless, avoid at all costs.

SHIPMENT DELAY

Although the items are available, they are not shipped within the announced deadlines. I have items whose shipment has been waiting for collection by the carrier for more than five business days.

Return

My buying rubbish tyre compressor inflator brand Ridex . After for inflat one tyre , the compressor switches off. Don't working properly. This compressor is under warranty and my payd extra for security return. Contacted many times the Autodoc for return and refund. Autodoc properly didn't contact me. The price an car part is OK. But costumer services is absolutely disgusting.

They charged me twice

Hi, my name is nawaz. i ordered a brake Shoe Set costing £24.62, but they charged me twice. Second time having trouble with autodoc. Last time they lost my parcel. Then I had to keep contacting them to refund. Now, I ordered once and they charged me twice. The app also says there's only one which is ordered, so I can't be the one who pressed twice or something.
