Hidden Car Damages. $2760 of Extra Recovery Costs

I am extremely disappointed and angry with Autobidmaster online car auction. After purchasing Toyota Camry SE 2023 from them, I discovered that the vehicle had hidden rear end damages that had been covered up by the seller at auction. When I brought this to the attention of Autobidmaster customer support, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the cost of repairing these damages was estimated to be over $2760, which was a significant amount of money that I simply did not have. I felt completely cheated and betrayed by the dealership, and it is clear that they were aware of these damages and chose to deceive me in order to make a quick sale. The Autobidmaster's lack of transparency and disregard for their customers' safety is completely unacceptable. I am appalled by their behavior and would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to think twice. Autobidmaster clearly do not care about their customers' well-being or satisfaction and are willing to do whatever it takes to make a profit, even if it means deceiving and cheating their customers. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Autobidmaster online car auction and would advise anyone looking to buy a car to find a more reputable and trustworthy used auto auction.

Rat in the car's interior. Zero $ refund

I cannot believe the appalling experience I had with AutoBidMaster. I recently purchased a car from them, and to my absolute horror, discovered that there was a rat living in the interior of the vehicle! The smell was overpowering and the rat had left droppings and damage throughout the car! When I tried to return the car, customer support of AutoBidMaster refused to take any responsibility for the infestation and suggested that it was my own fault for not inspecting the car properly before purchase. Not only was their customer service completely lacking, but their attitude towards such a serious issue was completely unacceptable. This is a major health hazard and the dealership should have taken immediate action to rectify the problem. To add insult to injury, the car also had several mechanical issues that were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of by this dealership. I would not recommend anyone to do business with AutoBidMaster. They clearly do not care about their customers or the quality of the vehicles they sell. Save yourself the hassle and find an another reputable online auto auction that takes pride in their service and products!

Cars at Autobidmaster are in much worse condition

As a customer of Autobidmaster online auto auction, I had a truly terrible experience. From start to finish, it was nothing but frustration and disappointment. The website itself was clunky and difficult to navigate, with confusing menus and a lack of clear information about the cars available for auction. When I did manage to find a car that I was interested in, the bidding process was a nightmare. The site was slow and unresponsive, and it was impossible to tell if my bids were even registering. I lost out on several cars that I was really interested in, despite bidding what I thought was a fair price. When I finally did manage to win an auction, the car that I received was in much worse condition than I had been led to believe. It was riddled with mechanical problems and had clearly been in a serious accident, despite the listing claiming that it was in "good" condition. It was clear that the auction site had not done their due diligence in inspecting the car, and I was left with a lemon that I couldn't even sell for scrap. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering using Autobidmaster online auto auction to steer clear. The process is frustrating, the website is difficult to use, and the cars themselves are often in much worse condition than advertised. Save yourself the time and hassle and find a different way to buy a used car.

Pure bidding process

I am extremely dissatisfied with the bidding process when buying a damaged car at AutoBidMaster online auto auction. The process is very poor and does not allow bidders to bid on the right car. I strongly suspect that the company intentionally inflates the price of a car lot, making it impossible for bidders to make a reasonable offer. The bidding process is confusing and unclear, and it is difficult to determine which car is up for auction. As a result, it is common for bidders to bid on the wrong car, which can be frustrating and costly. The company needs to improve the bidding process and make it more user-friendly so that bidders can easily identify the car they want to bid on. Furthermore, I believe that AutoBidMaster auto auction is intentionally inflating the price of the car lot. This is unfair and goes against the principles of a fair auction. It is clear that the company is trying to extract as much money as possible from bidders, without any regard for fair play or transparency. In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with the poor bidding process when buying a damaged car at an online auction. The company needs to address these issues urgently and make the process more transparent and user-friendly. Additionally, they need to ensure that the bidding process is fair and that they are not inflating the price of the car lot intentionally.

Biohazard damaged interior and additional flood damage

I with my wife purchased a vehicle at autobidmaster with a ridiculous experience was nothing short of a complete disaster. The car I received had a severely damaged interior, with clear signs of a biohazard that had not been properly cleaned. Not only was the smell unbearable, but there were clear signs of rat infestation and flood damage, which made me feel completely disgusted. The worst part was that none of this damage had been disclosed in the auction listing. I felt completely misled and taken advantage of, as I would never have bid on a car with such extensive damage if I had known the truth. To make matters worse, when I reached out to the auction company to try to resolve the issue, I was met with a complete lack of empathy and support. They seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than in making things right for me as a customer. Overall, my experience with Autobidmaster online auto auction was a complete disaster. I would never recommend Autobidmaster to anyone looking to purchase a car, as the risk of receiving a vehicle with unexpected and extensive damage is simply too high. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more reliable and trustworthy auto dealer.

Hidden fees, storage fees

I recently participated at Autobidmaster online auto auction, and I must say that I had a ridiculous experience. To begin with, I was attracted to the auction because of the low prices advertised, but when I won the bid, I was hit with several hidden fees that were not mentioned during the bidding process. These fees were exorbitant and increased the overall cost of the car significantly. To make matters worse, I was unable to pick up the car immediately, and the auction charged me additional storage fees for every day that the car remained on their property. I was shocked to learn that these storage fees were also not mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions. Overall, my experience with Autobidmaster auto auction was a complete nightmare. I felt cheated and misled by the hidden fees, and the additional storage fees were just the icing on the cake. I would never recommend this auto auction to anyone and advise others to be cautious when participating in online auctions.

Not a professional buyer advisors. Zero Responsibility

My experience with autobidmaster online auto auction was nothing short of a nightmare. The so-called "buyer advisors" were completely unprofessional and provided no useful guidance whatsoever when I attempted to purchase a used salvage car. Despite their promises of transparency and honesty, the car I purchased turned out to have a laundry list of hidden damages that were not disclosed to me during the bidding process. The engine was a mess, the transmission was shot, and the interior was filled with mold and other unsightly substances. It was clear that this car had been in a major accident and was not in the condition I was led to believe. When I attempted to contact the buyer advisors to request a refund or some form of compensation, I was met with nothing but hostility and unprofessional behavior. They refused to take any responsibility for the situation and seemed more interested in covering their own tracks than helping me resolve the issue. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car from this online auto auction to look elsewhere. The buyer advisors are completely unprofessional and do not have your best interests at heart.

Sorts of hidden fees and charges, additional car damages found

It was a really frustrating experience to purchase a used salvage BMW 540i 2019 at car auction on the autobidmaster.com. The auction listing had seemed like a great deal, but once I started the purchasing process, I realized that there were all sorts of hidden fees and charges that had not been disclosed in the listing. The delivery time for the car was also much longer than I had anticipated, and I ended up having to wait several weeks before the car was finally delivered. When it arrived, I was disappointed to find that the car had additional damage that had not been disclosed in the auction listing. I felt misled and taken advantage of by the auction platform. To make matters worse, when I tried to dispute the fees and additional damage, I found that the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with the online auto auction process.

Terrible Experience with Autobidmaster Online Auto Auction

I purchased a salvage car at Autobidmaster online auto auction, and it was a terrible experience. The auction listing had said the car had "minor damage," but when I received it, it was clear that the damage was much more severe. The car had been in a serious accident and was barely drivable. It needed extensive repairs that were going to cost far more than the car was worth. I felt deceived by the auction listing, and it was frustrating to realize that I had wasted so much money on a car that was practically a total loss. I learned the hard way that buying a salvage car at an online auto auction can be very risky, and it's easy to get misled by vague or incomplete auction listings. I would caution anyone considering buying a salvage car at an online auto auction to be extremely careful and do their research. It's important to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and to understand the extent of the damage before bidding. I regret not doing more due diligence before making my purchase and would advise others to proceed with caution.

Autobidmaster steals spare parts for cars

I expected everything, but I didnt expect the company to steal the front bumper, 2 led headlights and adaptive cruise control sensors from the Mercedes C300 **** I bought at their auction. To everything else, add some additional commissions and a long delivery of the car due to waiting for documents.

Lying of Car Title Delay and Extra Storage Fees

All they do is delay documents (30 days instead of a few days as it should be) or lie and say that they are lost in order to get you to pay extra money, and they threaten to not give you your car which you already paid for. You should pay a lot of extra money for a storage ($1595 in my case) autobidmaster. I can not wait for the day this business gets closed.

Autobidmaster Hidden fees

I was very surprised to found hidden fees in my invoice. When I contacted with autobidmaster customer support they've just said that they can not do anything with that. Pure quality customer support. I just want to get bring me back my own $105 of the extra hidden fees. Is autobidmaster legit? Sure, no! Keep away from this scammer website and their service!

Don't Buy from this Place. They are Fraudulent and a scam

I purchase a Car on 7/19/22 according to the Ad and also the ClearVin report they provided, this car had a clean title. The car had minor scratches and that's All. I proceeded with the purchase, 2 weeks later I get the Title, took the Title to DMV to get it transfer to me and 3 month later I find out that this car Has A Total loss / Salvage history since 2018. I also took the car to the mechanic to get it inspected and was informed that this car had some type of Fire. None of this information was provided or disclose to me.
