My car was terrible when I got it back today.

Went to Auto Bell on S Tryon in Charlotte NC. I got the 38.99 package which includes the whole car. The windows on the passenger side never touched. Only a part of the front dash was cleaned. Matts where awful. I had never been to this location before. I usually go to the one by Carowinds I have always been very happy, When I called customer service she did not want to give me a refund. Said someone will call me back. So I will update when we see what they say.

My Autobell app does not work

AutoBell, New Hope Road, Gastonia, NC.NEVER gets my car clean. I have nicely complained EVERY time and asked them to clean the very obvious spots. Today I had to ask them to vacuum again and wipe the seats again. They still didn't get my car clean. I leave very frustrated EVERY time. I'm not just being picky. Their cleaning quality stinks. I hope you share this evaluation in hopes they will begin to get my car clean.

Damage to my vehicle

I still have not received a call back from the car manager nor have I been contacted by Autobell.

The interior cleaning staff at Autobell cracked my touch screen. The cost to repair this damage is approximately $1,800. I filed a complaint form with the onsite manager, who told me Autobell would not be responsible and that it was 'essentially our word against yours". I also called the district manager to gain information about who I may speak with regarding this incident and the chain of comand. She did not bother to call me back. The icing on the cake is that the interior cleaning was exceptionally poor. This is the least of my concerns but needless to say I will not be back. I have filled a complaint with the BBB. How do I file a complaint with the corporate office?

The price should include include inside cleaning I think I got the $21.95- all outside cleaning and waxing but inside needed a good armor oil wipe down.

After calling corporate three times they finally agreed to fix my antenna but it should not have taken that much follow up for them to do as they advertised since my case they have since taken down that sign.

Poor quality of service

I've been this location five times this is the worst experience I've ever had since I started going there eight guys on duty sounds kind of Mount the hands in their pocket the screen in my car was not wiped off the entire front dashboard was not wiped off in the back window was not wiped off I had asked the guy what he do the back window I even gave him a tip in the beginning some of his my fault because I didn't inspect the car so but a heads up the service should be better very disappointed this time but I will be looking I think for another place to take care of my car. Who future customers look at your car inspected before you leave

Sitting in line to get my car vacummed

Been here almost an hour now. See 4 guys busting their *** and 6 more moving slowly with a phone in their hand. My time is valuable to me. Have more and better things to do than sitting here.

Disrespectful employees

I visited the 8525 Hankins Rd., #5114 12-**-** at 02:24 paid 18.99 for wash. I but the book of 3 for 57.00. So I was not looking for free service.. location today 12-12-21 to have full Service carwash. When I drove up it was a car in front of me and 2 people were working on it drying it. A young lady serviced my cts cadillac and I tipped her. I made an observation " what are you all doing, this girl serviced my car all by herself and I tipped her and they still were not finished with the car in front of me. I guess I pissed off the nappy head one and the other hood rats the white one stared me down. It was abut 4 of them, first of all why was 4 hubble together there when there were cars to clean. It got out of hand they were just a cussing and me too with my 70 year old self. The too young manager came over and did not say one word to them about the profanity only to me that it take time to finished the car. They are a bunch of disrespectful hood rats who not be allowed to cuss customers no matter what was said. They cussed me first. They were in a bunch like they were ready to fight. These people were at work. I remember the customer can say things and make observations and not get cussed out. The last thing i here'd when I drove off was *** yourself" no respect. on the job saying things like that. *** yourself I a 70 years old. But they know that they are needed so therefore they can say whatever they want too. The manager didn't or I didn't hear him tell them to be quiet and get back to work. He was so busy trying to shut me up and they were just a talking fussing and cussing and not working. I dont have to go to that autobell. This was a new group of hood rats, Yes i call them hood rats. because they white one stared me down and the other white hood rat was just a cussing. It is a shame that you need then that bad and not discipline them for how they acted on the job no matter who started it . If I had know my observation was going to explode like that I would have kept my mouth closed. No respect for the customers. I worked with the public for 30 years and I could not have said the things they said even if i was right, Your customers make your business.

Terrible service

Paid $20 for a $6 wash. Vacuuming was extremely poor. Worker forgot to give me my keys back. Would never go here again

Unsatisfied service cleaning

It was my cousin's first time getting my car washed here. The cleaning was not done effectively. The floors were not vacuumed and the outside was not washed as usual. They also did not offer a scent afterwards

They contacted me and told me they was sorry but that was the way they cleaned vehicles that they let them dry in the sun to water spot then vacuumed smeared the windows then they dry them down and gave me a coupon to come back LMAO how stupid do they think I am they...

My vehicle was left in sun to water spot before drying down windows was beyond been cleaned no vacuum behind truck seat before I went through a lady in front of me left because a vehicle was stuck in wash sideways they are vacuuming before drying down they have six in the canopy drying down while six is in the sun waiting to be vacuumed while they water spot so when they pull them in the canopy there is nothing to dry down cause they have already dryer in the sun water spotted I asked for vacuum behind seat the young man said if he was the one to vacuum it he would but he didnt know if it would get done if he wasnt the one vaccuming it the cleaning cloths in the wash are worn out facility we need a good manager and make over they should be dryed before vacuum the set up is backwards want be going to took 45 minutes to get bad service Statesville no more maybe Mooresville

Poor job done

On 9/4/2021 I purchased the 28.99 service for my suv. It had bug spatter on the front,so I was paying close attention to it. Car is garage kept; wasn't that dirty. After arriving home wife notice tires didn't have any shine so I did a walk around, found back hatch wasn't wiped down water; dirt still present made a video. Called CS no answ answer can't get anyone to answer

Complete dissatisfaction

Sunday morning 1030 AM beautiful day Charleston SC. Went to Autobell 8478 Dorchester road Charleston SC Store manager Timothy Stafford. Asked for Rain Repellent Special $29.99. asked Me Stafford if he would please do my hatchback as I have an SUV, yes sir no problem. Well as I normally do I like to watch the car go through the cycle well Mr Staffford never opened the back to clean it I had to go out and remind him and by that time the car was on the pully and the hose was stretched to the max.I then went outside to wait for my car. fast forward one hour. Two kids work the line one kid running to pull cars off the pully to put in line at one time there were 13 cars lined up. These kids were running back and forth bowering supplies from one another they were so rushed they were forgetting to do things that were on the ticket tapped to the window. My point being, that your customers are paying good money for the services that you say you provide and they are not getting it. YOU DON'T HAVE THE PEOPLE THEN SHUT IT DOWN AND DONT FRUSTRASTE PEOPLE, THERE IS ENOUGH OF THAT IN TODAYS GOING ON. I am not looking for compensation but you at the corperate level should know what is going on with your bussiness, And maybe you should have someone with leadership abilities running your business.
