Parts arrived broken

Very unreliable parts come late, never, and or broken. The last 3 ordered parts have been lost, late, or broken. The customer service number will not answer

Carparts.com do not answer the phone you have taken my money and I only received part of my order. It clearly says on my conformation i ordered 2 left and right. Not satisfied.

I ordered parts paid for them and only received the right side and when I place the order it said right and left.

Unable to gain access using up to 5#'s. Order documents need revision on including prices for items and location of shippers and their names. Have been calling for 3 days.

Returns picked up on 6 2. Received by shipper on 6-4 and 6-8. Refund has not been issued to date 6-11.

For my FedEx return label

You never sent the return label. The phone number for customer service does not work and the direct call to customer service from the internet at your website had you hanging up after 15 minutes asking if my issue was resolved. Of course not. No one ever actually answered the phone and you never sent a return label for the used goods you advertised as new.
