Product promises to that it’s air filter will last for 5 years
I purchased the Austin Air almost 2 years ago. We were looking for a new air purifier and this one has a promised 5 year filter. The filters cost 500.00. That would be fine if they really lasted that long. Our first one lasted less than a year. We contacted the customer service manager of the company and were told that we could be sold a new on at a prorated cost of 179.00 plus shipping. This thing does not work as advertised and its expensive too.
