Complaint on management

I got a email about freebie weekends and the manager on duty was rude and told me if it was thru the app he could not do anything about it. I understood that part but he was very rude and I need to speak to someone immediately.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to concord pike aunties annes by xfinity. I went it the store which no one was in there except the two ladies working i asked to order to unsalted pretzels because the salt makes me feel nausea after eating it. I was talked by the lady with red hair that they only have one unsalted pretzel. I was confused so i asked do you guys not make them here she said yes but its only one unsalted so she ca give me that one and a salted one i said can i just place a order for them to be cooked she said hesitating that they could make them it would be 10 mins i saud thats fine i have to run to the other store anyway. When i came back it was people in the store and theh lady that cooked them handy me the pretzel i was asking about mustards and she said thats the only one they carry so i just left. When i pulled out i started to eat the very cold pretzel which i tased the salt immediately when i looked into the bag it was a salted pretzel and unsalted one. So i went back and told them it was salted and i just want my money back. I even attempted to show them which neither one cared to look and the lady with the red hair told me to just throw them away i told her its not my job to take food and throw it away i was just returning to get my money back. She never bother looking at them just wanted to go back and forth about throwing them away. She grab them and turned directly behind herself and threw them in the trash. I asked when they make their pretzel here are the automatically made with salt her response was yes. So im assuming that place scrapes the salt off by hand which is disgusting and disturbing. Not sure why the lady with the red hair was giving me so much attitude. I dont believe i did anything to aunties annes besides be a loyal customer but i will report this is in the ratings so people can know what to except when they go there

Management fired me without warning.

My general manager was forced to sign an NDA. He also had a life insurance policy taken out on him by our owner. I was up for the store manager position but then I was told that I would also have to have an NDA signed before I could have position. The owner fired me without reason or cause, and put our general managers brother in my place. He pays for both of them to live in an apartment under his name. I also have never seen a single one of my pay stubs even though Ive asked multiple times. I never truly know how much money Im making. Im not sure whats going on at this location is purely legal. Theres something truly terrifying about working here, and fearing for the money that I may or may not be making to survive.

Bad Customer service. I usually have no complain about the pretzel. I live in Saint Pete.

I was at the Mercedes Benz dealership at Cutler Bay. To kill time while waiting for my Mercedes serviced to be done. I went walking at southland Mall cutler Bay on June 26, 2023. Occasionally I treat myself with Auntie Annes pretzel. My favorite is raisin. But they stopped making the raisin for long time. Its so happened I walked by Auntie Annes Pretzel yesterday and they have the raisin. I was so excited to see the raisin Pretzel to my surprise I took one bite. It was so dry. I felt like the pretzel had been there a couple of days. It felt like an old pretzel. I went back and told the lady at the counter. They just give me a cold shoulder and ignore me. I thought they didn't hear me and I mention it again the 2 lady just ignore me. I was very disappointed with their service. I paid almost $10 for small lemonade and one pretzel. The lady gave me the glaze dip. I told her I didnt want the glazed dip. I wonder if the dip was extra charge. Anyway I never get the dip. If the pretzel just come out the oven 15 minutes to 1 hours its still taste great. I know yesterday pretzel was there more then 5 hours. Its not my 1 pretzel. Complant tried to order hotdogs inside the St. Louis airport. The young lady told me they didn’t have any they were sold out and it wasn’t making any more because it was too time consuming.

The young lady at the counter told me that she wasnt making any more hotdogs did absolutely nothing ready, and he said it wasnt making any of the hotdogs because it was too time consuming. They didnt have a pretzel ready or anything. This is how businesses fail you got the wrong people working for you.

Wrongful fire

Auntie Anne's is horrible and their gm is not running the place correctly the team mates new someone was getting fired before that person even knew and that person has still not been told my son was taken of the schedule supposedly due to lack of hours and was suppose to go back on when the hours picked up but now they are supposedly saying he is fired and not contacted him about it and he never got a write up he never missed one day that he was schedule he was always there and walked five miles in the cold to work when he didn't have a ride he was wrongfully let go

Unprofessionalism, edit auntie Annie's in Cincinnati

Yes, I live in Cincinnati Ohio and I deal with the auntie Annies on Calhoun St., Cincinnati now I order from DoorDash all the time and I go up there frequently when I ask for extra icing it is always on the side and that is dealing with my classic Cinnabon and I think on the side when I called to ask about the matter because they just put a lot of icing on it. The manager argued and hung up in my ear. On top of that I ordered another DoorDash order and ordered it how the manager wanted me too and I will steal done the same exact way. I dont understand why be so nasty and argumentative all Im asking is my order be efficient incorrect when Im paying my money. next time I will take a picture

Service SUCKED

We have been standing in line for 25 minutes at the Northpoint mall upper level location. The cashier is on his phone texting and answering phone calls while the line is literally wrapped around the corner. Its disgusting and totally unacceptable.

Cashier yelling at me

I was yelled at by the cashier and told me I need a calculator because I asked why is my total 30 plus dollars for two numbers one combos then she said I was the mark of Buddha move the protective screen at the register and continue to say I do this 7 days a week as I covered my childs ears because she was so rude I asked again how is that my total I told her dont worry I no longer want it and have a nice day she was still yelling do you need a calculator because I do this 7 days a week with the pandemic things are rough for many and this was my childs treat and she took this joy from my child and was rude

The location was closed and no answer

I placed an order on the app for a certain location, they were closed, I called 1800 number no answer, I called another location close by and they dont answer as well, so Im very upset, I want a refund and the app gives no option for that, where can I get my refund or my order, its not fair you can charge my card but gives no option to request no refund for not getting my order or letting my know the location I ordered from the as closed or shut down, thats horrible customer service. I never ever complain about this and never make a big deal but this is very unacceptable.

False advertisement

Visiting Auntie Annes RedRock Casino location. Saw ad for purchase with purchase. Inquired about ad. Was told we no longer do that . When I informed her the ad was still running she replied I know but we dont do that anymore. She did not provide an explanation as to why the promotion was no longer valid. She did not honor current promotion, did not care about correcting the offer, no receipt of purchase provided. Proof of purchase provide thru mobile bank app Marie was rude and not friendly. We did make a purchase but we shouldnt have just based on the lack of customer service. Was not greeted in a friendly fashion and was not thanked for our purchase. Would definitely not recommend eating there again

Pretzel

I purchased 2 boxes of original pretzels and they both have mold. Expiration date is next year. I took pictures of the box, expiration date and the moldy pretzels and put it on Facebook. Nobody is returning my calls or emails

Tried to order over and over and over...workers do not work but talk on cell phone

I CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE 4X NO RESPONSE... I WROTE 4 EMAILS...NO RESPONSE... SO NOW I WILL LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK EVERYWHERE I CAN FIND... ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA ...
