Returned product, no refund

Returned your hearing aids in April, and have yet to receive a refund on them or extended warranty. Why is it so difficult to correspond, are you waiting for me to give up?

Kept our money after only two weeks return.

We have been trying to get a hold of someone to help us as we returned a set of hearing aids back on March 7, 2023. We properly returned them and mailed thru postal service and with tracking # found they were delivered on March 9 to Cranbury, NJ 08512. I INCLUDED ORDER NUMBER , name and payment card and still can't get anyone to follow up on our refund of over $200.00. It's literally impossible to get any kind of response. We need some help here!

Company is a fraud - will not send replacements under warranty

I paid $19.99 for the warranty and now they will not send a replacement when the second hearing aid quit. They are not real hearing aids to start with and they are not made well, so I bought the warranty and wasted even more money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY = FIND SOMETHING ELSE. Customer service is horrible also.

Totally unsatisfied

Purchased Hearing aids which would not function, the Units were replaced but were equally defective. Returned the defective Units and was advised that a refund would be made. after a month, i asked the refund status and was advised it would be sent in a week. Another month passed and still no refund. Submitted another inquiry and same old story. This has been going on for 4 to 6 months. How can this outfit con a 88 year old out of money that could be used to apply toward the purhase of required medicines. Apparenty no conscience at all.

I only gave them one star as there isn't a zero

ordered hearing aids 23/01/23 nearly 5months on still waiting replies to emails sent always the same delays due to high demand ha ha must rank as one of the worst companies ever they should be ashamed my advice to anyone looking at this company is steer well clear it's a total scam

Trying to contract Audious by email to get replacement ear wax guards site not available .

can not access email address to find how to order ear wax guards.If they cannot keep their web site up and working they should get out of the hearing aid business.

Bad Product!

Audios hearing aids are very bad. The money we spent, wasted. No phone contact number. No good sounds at all. Distorted at all volume levels. I waited 3 weeks, at least for their delivery. Never thought they would come. Please Sue/Expire this company!!

SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

They are repulsive evil liars!!! Such a scam!!! They DO NOT have a phone number; you must communicate via email, and it took about 20 days to receive the hearing aids that DID NOT work! They kept promising to credit my account with a full refund, and then after about two months stopped communicating with me entirely, and did not refund my money until I got my credit card fraud department involved. I had to fax all my documented emails from Audious to my credit card company, showing they promised to refund my money. It took almost six months to finally get my money back and the only reason it happened at all was due to the email exchange with me from them. I am sure they now regret having sent me the emails promising to refund my money. They didn't count on my tenacity and determination to follow through, but I was determined they would not get by with taking advantage of me!!!

Problems with refund

Returned product within time limits. Never received refund. Have emailed several times to no avail. This was months ago.

Got these and nothing but problems. Bought warranty and they don't honor it.

Didn' donhonor warranty lots of problems with keeping them working. If you have ear wax these are worthless. They magnify the noise but they are bad.

I am now reporting to Facebook and FTC that this is a scam company. You will lose your money and never get the product.

I have been waiting for 2 months and still do not have my hearing aids.

I ordered hearing aids on March 5th, 2023. My credit card was charged but I still have not received them.

One of my hearing aids failed (generating internal noise that masked external noise)

I have been trying for months to get my right hearing aid replaced because of its failure. Several times I have been reassured that the replacement would be provided "soon". I paid for an extended warranty that Audious will NOT honor. I would recommended AGAINST buying any hearing aids from this company.

BS Follow up that never materializes

Order arrived ( 7 weeks) with a defective charger. Now going on 8 weeks of reach out to rectify this. Lots of promises initially but no replacement has ever arrived. Reach outs lately have resulted in no response no reply. I took the extended warranty on this purchase. Seems that has been a further waste of money.Find anottind aother company to deal withF

Just try to get your money back!

Do Not Buy From Them! No phone number for contact, do not process refunds in timely manner! They have had my return for a month and keep promising a refund.
