No customer service, fraudulent "refund" policy
LIke all FAQ pages gunauction.com's sucks because the Q I have is never covered with any of them. Unlike all the other sites like Ebay and gunbroker.com, There is only one unique way to get "support", by text, which apparently is never answered, at least they haven't been twice for me. One of my 4 firearms I had up for auction got a bid and now the winner isn't responding, So I start looking into getting a refund for the final valuation and find this unheard of fraudulent policy (well except with cancelled airline tickets ).: "A Relist Credit is a credit issued to your account at GunAuction.com when the winning bidder did not complete the auction. Relist Credits are for use with future sales at GunAuction.com and Relist Credits ARE NOT credited back to your credit card under any circumstances." one problemo: just as I'm never doing business with JetBlue ever again, Nor am I with Gunaucution.com

Paid for a gun and never received it
He want a postal money order I got it and it was sent to him he signed for it I have all my receipts and it been almost a month no gun and he is not answering my phone calls now and Im really posted off

No Customer Service at all
Tried contacting CS about suspected scam sale, no response after 5 days. Not even responsive to question as to how to get them payment for listing fees. Tried calling, became great friends with the voicemail recording but no humans. Id cancel my account if I could find out from Gun Auction as to how to do that. They are fine if you never have a problem.

I purchased #1721**** from Ed John (JeGofy1) He received my paymednt on 4/13. Multiple attempts to contact him have gone unanswered , phone listed is bogus. I am out $425.00. I noticed he has another listing for sale

Ripped off
I was high bidder for an item. I paid in full plus the shipping costs. They cashed the check and then told me they really didn't have the item and tried to talk me into taking something inferior. No help from anyone at gunauction.com. I gave the seller a negative review and 2 days later it was changed to a positive review. According to their forums this happens a lot. Also, if a buyer doesen't give a review within 6 weeks after the sale, gunauction.com will automatically give them positive review on your behalf. behalf.positive review

Very poor company performance
After repeated attempts-in good faith- to sell an AR15-I met with parties who couldn't read or follow directions. I tried to get gun auctions Customer service to help, but they were useless. They are a waste of time and money-I don't care how long they've been in business, they still are a poor excuse for an auction site. Don'tt waste your time or money- they also ARE NOT BBB ACCRETED-

Shill bidding
Watched a gun there for several auction cycles.......never got a bid. Got relisted, again, and we bid on it. Then, 15 minutes before it closed, a bidder made a bid, and won the item, as we had entered our maximum bid and would not go higher. No problem, right? That's how auctions work, right? Wrong. The winner has a feedback record of 26 wins, all guns sold by the seller that he just won THIS gun from. If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, and smells like a duck.....it's a DUCK. It is shill bidding at it's worst.

Gunauction are rip off bastards and the protect rip off bastards!!
I just commented on one of there sellers listing a gun as new in box and its clearly NOT!! And when i commented on that the the seller they locked me out of my account!!!! Very childish and unprofessional!!! to say the least!!! NOW!! I will dog this rip off company till the day i die!!!!! and will never visit there *** site ever again!!! I am in excellent standing with every auction co out there. But not this one because i pointed out to the general public that this guy is lying and ripping people off.. I will continue to dog this auction co till its out of business!! Thats a laugh!!! its all about money and there *** lawyers!!

Auction Arms is dangerous and loaded with deadbeats.
People bid and win and then don't pay. Several on AA that probably should not have guns. AA will not support you at all.

Auction Arms - childish management
AA used to be the best on the web. I had bid on a 14 ga reloading tool, and completely forgot about it. About two weeks later I get a phone call from the seller. I apologized profusely and offered to pay on the spot, about $20 total. The guy kept saying "people don't just forget" and " Manny is a close personal friend of mine". The guy didn't want to settle up, he wanted to lecture and berate me no end. After about 20 minutes I bid him farewell politely and hung up. I checked my account to find I was banned. I got back on after about two years, and had a similar experience over combined shipping issue because many sellers don't read, or care, about the customers. I was booted for "non-payment" by one of Mannie's buddies when I won two more auctions with in 10 days of the first. I also found his marriage pictures to be in poor taste. They were up for years, it seemed. It appears to be " The Manny Auction site". I hope he goes under and the few good guys that sold there move on, most everyone else has

Out 650 for a stolen pistol bought on AA
Buyer BEWARE if you are keeping that safe queen that you won on AA you may have to send it to lawmen when it comes up stolen in the future. I am now the named victim in a court case on the East coast owed restitution because about 5 buyers ago my pistol was sold hot. Auction Arms says they have never had a stolen gun sold on their site. I find that hard to believe. Even if you did everything legal and went through an FFL you can get stuck with no gun and no money. Buy new at a reputable store and pay the price up front so there are no surprises later.
