Worse Moving Company Ever

OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERCHARGES! They wrapped 1 couch with tape and plastic for 45min (mind you I'm paying $290 an hour). Scuffed up new hardwood floors with boots and leaked truck fluids in new driveway. They stared at my wife and teenage daughter, my new home was filled with stink, sweat on furniture and hoodlums! Everyone in their office had reached out to me professionally to book my move until they got my money, that's when they blew me off with attitudes and long waits when I'm the one who's out of $3,200 even after tipping the crew and buying lunch. I background checked the owner and he's a CONVICTED FELON with MAJOR FEDERAL DRUG CHARGES. The claims manager, who took forever to call me back told me, "Sir, you gotta wait like err-body else," she remained rude and ghetto about the whole matter of damages so I just it let be. I WOULD HAVE MADE BETTER JUST GETTING A FEW MEXICANS FROM A GAS STATION AND BLESSING THEM WITH WORK AND MONEY!!! ATLANTA PEACH MOVERS AREN'T WORTH BEING CALLED A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PERIOD!!!! Now I'm looking at about $3,000 in damages that I have to pay out of my pocket!!!

If you all only knew

Some information is coming down the pipe out of CHICAGO regarding the President of this Company Orlando Lynch. It's not pretty. All I can say is that your mouth's will drop. You need to ask him what he was involved in back there while in Chicago. Watch his face!! This review is asking for 100 words, but I don't have anything else to add so.. Excuse me for the additional blah blah la la la did da d a blah blah la la la la la didi da da dum. almost there and I am assuming that this won't be up very long once Orlando see this post. Keep your distance from him is all that I am expressing here. Your mouths will drop!!

Cost nearly triple

Slow and lazy movers. Dragged out 5.5 hrs just to unload trailer into place- Not even a full move. Cost me almost triple than any other company I have used. You will waste time and money

Orlando Lynch - Beware

https://georgiamortgageforum.blogspot.com/2017/09/atlanta-peach-movers-orlando-lynch.html Beware of this Company. They will damage your property and hide behind claim forms and send you emails with no intent of making it right. Orlando Lynch apparently supports poor ethics from the top of the organization. I won't be using them again

They did an ok job, except for extreme over wrapping/protection (avg 10 minutes per piece of furniture) and taking too much time. It cost me more than twice as much to move out of the house into a storage unit than it did to move out of a house into this house 5 years ago. Have your bathrooms stocked with toilet paper, also, as the movers spend quite a bit of time in your bathrooms. I will not be using them to move out of the storage unit, or anywhere else. Customer service is a joke, as the customer service manager spends all of her time interrupting you to tell you how wonderful they are, instead of being concerned about your problems with them. Buyer beware!

Review in Transportation and Storage category from Norcross, Georgia

Horrible company to work for. The office staff doesn't know how to properly communicate to one another, the owner is bipolar (constantly yells and swears at employees), any money given back to customers are taking from employees (you're basically working for free), has a huge dog in the office that can be aggressive at times, lacks respects for their employees, schedules office meetings at 7am then expect employees to work until 7pm, majority of the employees are working 50 hours plus, pays consumers off to write great reviews on the business, no benefits, etc. Please do yourself a favor and research this company before you move forward, HAS A VERY HIGH TURNOVER. However, if you're looking for a company that will give you a second chance in life because of criminal mistakes then this is the company for you. 80% of their employees have been to jail and they hire temps/casual labor.

Starting a class action lawsuit for wage dispute

I have worked for Orlando of Atlanta peach movers 3-4 weeks. Every paycheck has had discrepancies and illegal deductions along with discrepancies on hourly salary. Performing work without being paid. Preparing trucks, fueling trucks, folding blankets, the Monday meeting, all being done without being paid. I'm in the process of choosing an attorney to sue as well as filing a complaint at the national labor relations board. Save this page and check back if you want to join the class action lawsuit I'm building. I know many of the employees, if not all are being cheated and ripped off.

Atlanta Peach Movers Moving Service Review

Atlanta Peach Movers is not worth the money they charge!!! I would have done better off by renting a U-Haul and paying a couple of friends to help me move.

I am a mover for Atlanta Peach Movers and i love it

I have been a mover for Atlanta Peach Movers for over 7 years now. We know the expectations of the job when we sign up for it. Orlando wants the best workers and we work hard everyday to be the best. This is why he has an incentive board for all of the workers. If you show up on time every day, in uniform, and no claims, you receive a bonus of $200 every month. I have won that bonus severel times. The blamers and complainers always look for excuses in life. The lazy workers are the ones with the dameges to customers furniture then complain when the damages come out of their check. If you do your job you don’t have to blame Orlando , I don’t make a lot of money that’s why I work hard not to have dameges to customers furniture. I make good money from tips. APM is a great company to work for and I make a great living for my family. Orlando gave Christmas bonuses to every employee between $300 to $500 dollars. I couldn’t be happier”

Atlanta Peach Movers Work Experience Review from Jackson, Tennessee

Have worked here ober a yr ago and have two friends that work there now. They kept my whole check twice for damages that anothet crew member was respomsible for but regardless its obvious that they have liability insurance and are coveted yet still get away with not paying employees what they are owed. I used to work there, yes, it is a terrible business.

I used to work for Orlando Lynch at Atlanta Peach Movers and in my short time there I can tell you I was absolutely disgusted at the way he treats his employees. He hires people on probation and parole because they are not allowed to earn commission on sales. he pays them 10 dollars an hour and meanwhile other salespeople are struggling to earn a paycheck where nothing is guaranteed. He seeks out people in tough situations to work for him so that he can treat them badly and they have no other option. I have seen firsthand how he has a warehouse full of eager workers every morning waiting and hoping to get on a job, and if they are not chosen, after waiting for hours and coming dressed and prepared to work, they are just sent home. and not really even sent home, they just kind of walk out of the room after they are done picking crews and they just let the rest of the men and women hang their heads as they mostly walk or take the bus back home. This is not a business you should support, and not a man you should support. He will tell you it is a family business and he is an impressive salesman if you dont know him well, but dont believe him. they will screw your move up so bad it is almost a guarantee unless it is a really slow day and it is one of their ONLY moves, even then they might. If they screw something up he will push it off in court for YEARS until he hopes you give up. There are MANY people trying to take him to court and he spends the money to push it back and push it back as much as he can. It is one of the sloppiest organizations I have ever been a part of, and they still struggle trying to do everything on paper instead of upgrading to computers in freaking 2015! that is why they can never keep track of anything. and good luck calling. when i first started they had just fired the receptionist and they didnt hire a new one for about a month. i would come in and the phone would just ring and ring and ring and someone from upstairs would yell is someone gonna get that!! it was ridiculous. Do not trust your move to this man and this company. I am not writing this to "get back" at Orlando or Atlanta Peach Movers, I still appreciated the opportunity at the timem but it is a terribly run company and you would be wise to go elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company is a rip off I repeat a RIP OFF go to YELP reviews and see for yourself I personally hired them for a delivery on 10/5 they failed and damaged my dresser and did not deliver what the said they would. STAY AWAY the crew fraudulently doctor our paperwork went back and added items that I had already complained about and said that it was on the paperwork prior to me informing them they damaged our dresser! Do not use this company all of them are CROOKS!!! They are stating they have denied my claim off pictures I sent to them I have hired a furniture repair specialist who will be able to determine once he inspects my furniture that this happened during transit! Do not use this company I promise you will be sorry!!!

Review from Alpharetta, Georgia

I would not recommend this moving company. It came highly recommend by a good friend of mine that raved about the service. I must have gotten a BAD crew. They had attitudes and Ward the person who initially helped me under estimated the job and consistently was always delayed in communicating except trying to get the sale. Late to disconnect and reconnect my W/D. The workers had a long day and they were UPSET. They parked the truck so my neighbors couldn't get through. It was awful. Like others have said use at your own risk. My new townhome developer witnessed the bad service and has removed all documents in their offices recommending Atlanta Peach Movers.

37 BOXES MISSING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Use this company at your own risk. This was a very small move - from ***, GA to APM storage and back to *** and it has been anything but unpleasant. 1. First of all the sales weasel underestimated our move. My house was on the market and our real estate agent had interior pictures on the net. Well this is what the sales weasel used to estimate the price of our move. This did not include what was behind doors. Good job, Rich. 2. Movers came late with a small truck which I was shocked to see. We did have the 4 movers as requested. One was a newbie and was at odds with the supervisor throughout the day. By the time the move was over at 2:00 a.m. the next morning, the newbie had walked off the job. Move was not completed until the afternoon of the next day. This move could have been done in less time and no company should be moving boxes at 2:00 a.m. 3. Move in day came (movers again late) and the packer's list did not jive with the storage sheet. Next day they found a few more boxes and brought them to us. Supervisor admitted that he had left some boxes outside our pod and he guessed someone moved them and he could not account for any more boxes. As my husband and I began to unpack we discovered exactly what was missing and indeed all the boxes had not been accounted for. After many calls which were returned, we now are not getting any response. We have filed a claim which we personally delivered to them and were told everyone was in a meeting (how convenient). The claims manager called to tell us she had everything she needed and not to come back to their operations for a meeting the next day. Sounds like someone is hunkering-down to me. DO not use this company. Thank God we had sense enough to get a small storage unit at another location to put stuff in we didn't want them to pack and move. I wish we had put more in this location. I have no winter clothes, Christmas china is missing, framed degrees missing, large pictures, lamps, bedding. Please heed the advise of these five reviews and don't use this mover.
