This company lies about their refund policy, they dont even get back with you. I was supposed to take my exam but didnt happen due to connection problem and I felt like I was being rushed. I paid $400 to this company. To make this story short I ended up taking my exam myself and The company would like to get compensated for the time being they were on the line with me. ***

Did not take the exam at last minute
I was always keep messages them and email them as well. This people will never replied to any of your text messages or email. This people are Fraud and scammers. I had $500 up front for having done three exams. They could not do the first exam so I am requesting all of my money back. This people should be ashamed of themselves when they dont give service to people.

Complete online thieves. Figured out the positive reviews are fake and written by them. Plus, they ghosted me after I paid so I had to last minute study myself. When I asked for a refund, they quickly replied and said they cannot refund me. I told the guy I don't trust him and even went to this site. Literally said he does not give a damn about reviews. And also said file a report instead, since he won't be giving the money back anyways. Hence 250 was stollen and the guy just sees your message and doesn't respond. Avoid at all cost.

I paid them for help with exam. They were very rude. They logged in but did not do exam. I asked for refund they said no they will adjust job in any other assignment or exam. If you did not complete it the first time what makes you think I will trust you again? No thank you. They will not give a refund. Very poor communication. Told me to Hurry up to give them my information. I wasted $150 and ended up doing the exam myself because they never did it. I was stressed out for two days waiting on them to complete the exam.

This company is not at all what it states on their website. They were very rude and never did my assignment and when I asked for a refund I was told no they would adjust money in any other job or exam. If you did not do my assignment the first time what makes you think I will trust you with anything else? Please do not waste your money. I wasted $150 and received nothing but 2 days of a very stressful situation of going back and forth with them and waiting on my assignment to never be completed. They got my information and said they would do the assignment, logged in and never did the assignment. Then refused to give a refund. They are not what they claim to be. They are false advertisement.

They were supposed to take my test. I got text messages from them for the information which I had even said not to use my phone number unless an emergency. They were very impaitent and were basically demanding a response right away. They even called me at 6am when I had just fell asleep bc I was working the night shift. I replied to them saying I'm sleeping and it can wait til later. They wouldnt take no for an answer. There is no customer service. And although they scored a 99% I was very upset bc now they have raised red flags and I had told the person what I wanted my score to be around.THEY DONT LISTEN TO YOU AT ALL!! Very upset and now will probably be getting out.

They are really awful, they are scammers. I'm not a big fan of online exam this company promised to pass my exam so me and my friend had paid them to do our online exam as they have promised to secure passing marks in a short period of time but still they had not done our work and when we asked for refund they not only just denied to our calls but also threatened us that they will take it against us if we try anything. They are totally scam. I'm writing this true review so everyone be aware of this company as they are scammers ripoff company.
