Did not get a refund of $85 dollars back they are scammers, false advertisers, and QUACKS. Im going to report them to BBB and EEOC!!

She said, just a minute before you hang up!!! I had ALREADY stated that the 30$ for 30min was ALL I COULD AFFORD. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK IF I WOULD GET A REFUND... THEY (4 DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEN) WE'RE hurtful, rude, disrespectful and down right mean!!!

I was told I would get 5 free minutes with a leader then I was to hang up and call back and start my 30 minutes for $30. I heard a recording and asked the leader if that was my cue to hang up and call the original connection back? She told me yes and I was charged $41!!!??? I called the original number back and asked the psychic what that was all about, she told me nothing g about any reading and I had 10 minutes taken from my 30 minutes. She was rude and hasty with me. This is a joke and I want a refund for some poor services.

Just they are deprived company customer service is very rude and don't listen .they believe they are right still fighting do get my money back FTC is looking into them plus Florida state . hope they get shut down

They have a Aggressive supervisor named Raymond which I now have his name again. He basically is the one who blocked me from the system. Then each time contacting them the representative choose not pass the call along and he refuses now to speak with me and he is the only person that seems to be getting my calls. They are Horrible

Issue with system
My problem is someone had hacked into my banking account and my emails and was able to call these people. They did when I tried to get the problem resolved they then block me from the system so I couldn't call at all.

This company is very expensive. they don't offer you packages to talk to masters so it ads up very quick. I have read with a couple of them my favorite is Devin Starlight I never talk to anyone so accurate, pretty impresive but expensive. I wish they offer packages to existing customers to talk to masters I would call him more often.
