Poor customer service

After placing an order just 3 days ago for 4 pair of running sneakers, I received a "birthday reward" coupon for $10 off of an order of $25 or more. Since the order I placed 3 days ago has already shipped, they won't apply the "birthday reward" to that order. I then asked if they would credit my credit card for the $10, and I was told no, as it was "company policy" that not do that. So, if the order hadn't shipped already, they could apply the $10 coupon, but since it already shipped, they can't/won't. It amazes me that they are willing to lose a customer over $10. They sent me the "birthday reward", but don't want me to use it. Incredible!! I am tired of patronizing companies that don't appreciate their customers loyalty and/or care to provide exceptional service. There are many companies who want business, in the future, I will choose one of them.

Defect and they won’t get back to me

Shoes ripped and I took pictures and then heard nothing else. So Im buying other shoes. !!!. . Not happy I sent photos twice already

Is the worst customer service

Anybody speak Spanish the persons that speak English with bad acttitud , how is possible that customer service no bilingüe , ascis your customers are Latinos to !!!

Poor quality running shirs

The ASICS are cheap I purchased a pair on Amazon and wore them for 5 months and they are tearing. I would not purchase these running shoes I would recommend shopping for different brands

Sent Wrong Item, Sucky Policy to Fix It

I ordered a pair of shoes online. After like a week they arrive but they had sent the wrong shoes. Wrong size, wrong model. I call the customer service and they tell me I have to return those shoes. They wont send me the shoes I originally ordered, Im going to have to reorder them if I want them. Now, I have this extra errand and hassle I have to go through with printing the return label (I dont have a printer) and having to go to FedEx to drop off the package when it was entirely THEIR FAULT that this happened, and I dont even have the correct pair of shoes to show for it.

WORST. SHOE. EVER. that comes with the VERY.WORST.CUSTOMER.SERVICE

ASICS - $#*!. S) -August 2021 -Bought $140 shoes at a store. Used for walking and cycling. They lasted 6 months before the top and sides of the shoe tore WITH the sole completely indented and worn through. ASICS (a.ka. $#*!. S) wanted proof of payment - I gave them a detailed bank statement. No go - they said. I called the store I purchased them from - they tell me that their POS system no longer had my proof of purchase. No one, including the CEO who I contacted on Linked In, responded other than they would receive my comments. Deplorable attitude, *** shoes that last less than a year, and bull-crap answers on everything.

Bad service

Review is not about product, its about ASICS.com. I ordered on 13th august. First they said they havent received payment. After a week they accepted receiving the payment. The product had gone out of stock by then. So, I asked to refund. Havent got the refund yet even after 38 emails to them and calling everyday. Today, on 12th September, they even stopped picking my call. Its been a month. Its not a small amount, I paid 10199. Have never experienced such cheater online business. They should change the website name to ASICS.con

Bad quality product and unfair 3 month warranty

I purchased asics product from bangalore factory outlet and the material inside shoe at the back got worn out. 3 month warranty for such top brand expensive shoes is injustice!

Very Bed Quality

I have purchase shoes on dated 09/01/2022.I wear this shoes only two times due to I am outside of city. After that I found damage of my shoes. I am very disappointed of asics company I never thought about it. Shoes Quality is very bed after that when I complain to company then company said that product warranty only three months. I wear shoes only two times in 4399 rupees. is it good

False advertising

Purchased shoes from a factory store, so full retail pricing. Misinformed by the sales staff. I tried to return the shoes 2 hours later but was informed that only give store credit and cannot order the correct shoes even though they are on the website. Won't follow their own advertised policies. Buy ASICS at your own peril.

Worst customer service completely worthless

Customer service couldn't even help me place an order.I tried placing an order online and was unsuccessful so I called customer service and gave her all the info credit card and everything and still couldn't help me complete waste of time and worthless customer service.

Ordered two days ago and still no confirmation of anything

I ordered at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday and at 5:00 p.m. on Friday I have still nothing to show except they charged me almost immediately. After looking into this online seeing other people waiting weeks or months for their orders to even process and ship I used their chat function. They told me they would be processed and shipped by the end of the day but it's already 5:00 p.m. on a Friday so I know that's a lie. I wished I had looked at these reviews before I ordered from them thinking ordering directly from the manufacturer would be the best bet for genuine products and better shipping times than Amazon. Now I'm wishing I had ordered from literally anywhere else. Looks like my money is taken and the order may or may not ever even be processed much less show up. I need these for work per my doctor and it looks like I'm going to have to order something else or go to a shoe store and spend more money to have something next week because this order could potentially be in permanent lingo.

Delivery times fictional -- business practices appalling

I ordered shoes on 7/25 with a promised delivery of 7/29. As of 7/30, my order has not even arrived at FedEx, which means I'll be waiting at least another week. I called customer service and asked for a refund. They refused but acknowledged my shoes wouldn't arrive until at least 8/5. I would never have ordered from Asics directly if I had known that it would take 10 days for delivery. They post fictional delivery times, charge your credit card immediately, and then refuse refunds. Hating Asics should be its own Olympic sport.

Unable to place an order

I placed an order on-line and entered all the information requested. My order was not accepted because of the phone number. My correct phone number is 209 473-****. That is the same number as I see on my order. I also called 855 233-****. I have ordered several times and am especially satisfied with your products.
