Unauthorized payment taken
On July 16,2022 you took a payment of $70 from my credit card. I did not complete my enrollment nor did I sign a contract. You illegally took money from me. I just got on the website yesterday to see what was going on. Refund my money immediately. -Tammy

Dear Sir/Madam, I should need some information about the course in subject. 1. I am from Italy and I have the high School degree: could you confirm I can attend it? 2. How many courses do I have to choose? 3. A 3 Credit hours course: could you explain the volume of studies it is. How many books? 4. Exams: could you explain a little more about the exams? Is there a single exam after every course or book or what? Is there any final proctored exam? 5. What happens if I won't finish all the courses in one year? Help other's thinking of going to Ashworth
I have no balance due. I have completed all exams and assignments also, all exams and assignments have been graded for almost 2 months now!!! I have not received a failing grade on any one of my exam's or assignment's (3.92 GPA). Ashworth still show's me as 99% completed and is refusing to close out my FINAL Capstone course. Ashworth will not send me my MBA or my final transcript until this class closes. Even though all the assignment's have been graded, and I passed the Capstone course with a grade of 98%. I have called Ashworth's TERRIBLE customer service representative's multiple times and submitted about 20 tickets. Ashworth's HORRIBLE representatives keep telling me that I have to wait, and they cannot provide me with a resolution time or even a valid reason why they won't graduate me. The last representative from Ashworth said You have to wait for the final course to be closed, that's it! Talk about great customer service. Also, managers are never available when you call. The representative's say they will have a manager call you, when one is available. I've yet to have a manager call me back!! You pay in full, complete all the required work and Ashworth will still refuse to send you a diploma. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL!!!

Worse online class ever-wasted my moeny
Answered the test questions based on what is in the book but had questions about the answer. Called to get clarification and no one answered. I felt I did not learn anything and didn't feel like paying them.

Don’t go to this school
So basically I went to this school and graduated but I was informed they’re not accredited. Also I can’t even file this school on my taxes and I paid out of pocket because they don’t want to provide a 1098-T form or the company EIN. Smh! I hate I wasted my time & my money with them. Also because they’re not recognized as an accredited school I have to start my programs all the way over which sucks and I cannot get none of my money back. This school is a complete SCAM

Very misleading
I am presently a building manager for a condo highrise in Cambridge, Ontario. I wanted to educate myself in the condo industry to become more valuable and knowledgable to my company. I enrolled in a online course in Property Management with PCDI Canada which is a division of Ashworth College. Once i got into the course, I realised that this course was no good to me or my employer as the course was all to do with the United States laws and regulations I contacted the college to inform them of this and they replied that some of the course would be use full. I patiently explained to them that its not going to give me the degree I need. They still wanted full payment of the course even though i didn't take the full course. They didnt offer me any other options. I came home today to find a notice from a collection agency in my mail box. How is this fair? They mislead me by saying they were a Canadain College and never once advised me that it is a American certified course. They never offered any alternatives. No warning, nothing. Just ruin your credit. Please be aware.

Today I will reach out to my state attorney general , the better business bureau, and any other agency that will listen!! This damn company is attempting to rob me and God knows how many others for goods and services NOT RENDERED!!! How the *** can they still charge for NEVER sending ANY MATERIAL, !!!? NOW THIS BULL-SHIT is on my credit for nothing!! ASHWORTH COLLEGE FALSIFIED that they provided goods and services to me to the credit bureaus and or the State of MISSISSIPPI!!! I WILL FILE SUIT TODAY!!!

I called for information on a program and the representative was a little miffed that I was calling..."what information do you need other than what you read online?"....Um, really?? I want information on the program and talking to a real person helps. My bad. He asked if I was "ready to enroll today" and I told him "No, maybe a month from now, I'm just collecting and comparing information between colleges". he basically wrote me off right there. "Well, call back when you are ready. The savings fee expires on Thursday".... well sir- my concern isn't with how much money I would save but more of how much of an education I would get. Guess that answered ALL of my questions right there. Also, they claim to be accredited by the AVMA but nowhere on the AMVA website is their name listed. Looking elsewhere for an education.

So far... okay but definately customer service sucks
I have tried to resolve an issue with a promised, and written promised text that was the reason I chose this school over another and they keep basically telling me to go to *** Also their computer took an attempt and would not let me back into my quiz so I have an 85% and am requesting an attempt I was supposed to have and they won't reset it. VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE TO ME and TICKETS IGNORED!!! I don't like to start a career this way for sure!!!
