Never got my confirmation number and took my money and haven’t got my package

I ordered a necklace that never came in but they took the money from my card and then said I typed in the wrong address but when I go back and check I typed the right address.

Engraving is backwards

You cannot get ahold of anyone at this company. If you order something pray its done correctly. There are no correct phone numbers and they will not reply to your email or messages. Thank God I at least got my ring even though its poorly made. Do not order from them. Save yourself the hassle.

Stole money from my college son trying to send his gf a valentines gift. He cannot afford to lose $38. Item didn't ship had to go buy something else for his gf. Liars and Cons.

Won't answer emails or customer services numbers or send a refund. Theifs! Stole money from college age son trying to send his gf a valentines gift. Had to get her something else last minute bc your item "wouldn't ship" yet already depleted his account of the money. Your company sucks and is a SCAM. Answer back or refund money!

I ordered a Mother's Day gift on May 1, 2022. A golden rose in a glass dome. No rec

This was represented as a Canadian company, then Google shows New York address and Ph.#,. Turns out a Chinese scam. Never received my order,and lost $88+. Playing on emotions of purchasers on holidays. The worst of the worst! Creepycrooks.

Impossible to get customer service

I ordered two engraved necklaces that were identical and paid for them online. One of them arrived. The other one did not. Ive tried to call several times and email. And I cannot get a hold of anyone.

Never received order

They robbed me!! Ordered for Christmas 12/04/21. Its now February 2022. Still nothing. Have contacted several times to no avail. They respond with some BS email about how its about to ship and cant even get my name right! Its maddening!

Feb. 10, 2021 placed an order for two 3-sister pins; paid for order (cleared account); to date NEVER heard back, NEVER received order. Over 2 months - nothing! Disputing charge with my bank for refund.

Wrong item sent

I ordered 4 sister pins with 4 sisters what I received was 3 pins with 4 sisters and one with 5 sisters I would like to get a replacement pin with 4 sisters on it
