Report harassment

I then was given the customer service number for it to be not taking calls right now. They are probably getting too many complaints and shut down the line! I will try to call again tomorrow.

Harassment!

ASC LLC. warranty telemarketing has been harassing me for over 6 months!! They continue to call claiming that I have never in my life owned. Now as for having a current vehicle I have told them every couple of days that it doesn't run!! I have even told them how the drive shaft is shoved into the transmission! And yet, I am called at least every other day. If I don't answer they will call 4 times a day! They are a perfect example of why I refuse to use a telemarketing system. I don't care if their plans are the best on the market. I will never use them! I refuse to support a company that hires so many *** I block every number that they call from. I'm up to 30 blocked numbers at least!Don't sh

ASC Warranty has only been a Good experience!

I used my ASC Warranty for the 1st time. I absolutely have no complaints. It was done fast within the same day everything was approved just as it stated on the Warranty. I wasn't sure about this Warranty at first, but I wouldn't go without it. It saved me a lot on my 2013 CTS Cadillac. Thank you for the fast dependable service. LorieSickels

WOW , I HOPE IT WORKS FOR ME

I see alot off negative reviews about this warranty ,Ive only had it for about 4 years and never had to use it until now my 2017 malibu just quit today and will not start ,was told the battery was bad so pais $260 for a new one and still nothing going to call in the morning and see how it goes,

Excessive phone calls

Hello, My name is Sonya Brashear and I receive 4-6 unsolicited phone calls almost daily from your company. I have asked nicely several times to have my number removed from your call list. I have also lost my temper several times and nothing has worked. They say they will take my number off the list but I just get a call from another number. I DO NOT OWN THE 2016 CHEVY EQUINOX AND HAVENT FOR 2 YEARS. PLEASE STOP CALLING. THANK YOU

Explain to reset and still had issue with it.

ASC Support, I have been patience enough. I can not tell you how many times I have constantly resetting a new password and still not able to get in. I spend 2 and a half hours of doing just that. Before I request for my refund, I had tried more than my shall right about now. Thank you for your help, but with all attempts I did fail one too many times. Bonne W.

Don't be fooled

Don't be fooled by this company. I bought the warranty for $1700 for 2 years/24000 miles thinking that ill be covered for that time. Now they are stating that my car is not worth that much so they will not repair it since they already paid over $2000 repairing my AC unit. they are saying my car is worth $1300 and no where online is close to that, not even in the auctions. Anywhere you search is over $6k. Now I'm left out with a broken car with a warranty company that will not honor the contract. What a rip-off. Rami

Good service

took good care of us start to finish, saved us a ton of money would highly recommend them for all your warranty needs!! kept us informed through the whole process had no problem paying the claim even followed up with us to make sure everything was good, which is something in this day and age you just dont see, thank you asc for all your help!!

Great experience

I was really shocked to see all these bad comments about this warranty company. I bought this extended warranty when I purchased my Jeep. I had a few things wrong with the four-wheel-drive not long after I got it. I took it to the dealership and they handled all the talking with the warranty company and ASC paid for everything. Ive called them before On the phone and they are super helpful and nice. I would purchase again.

My transfer case went out in my 07 Hummer H3

I got in my SUV & it wouldn't change gears. Immediately I got worried but I remembered my Hummer came with a 4-year ASC warranty. I looked in my glove box for the phone#. The service representative asked me a few questions, I answered them she transferred me over to claims, I was so relieved when David told me to take it to a shop of my choice to have them look at it & give Vinnie at ASC warranty a call. The shop replaced my transfer case with a rebuilt one, 4 days later I was back on the road. It cost me a few dollars but they paid $2,326.40 of $2,491.75. Thank you ASC Warranty, you all are awesome! Without a doubt.

To thank asc for a quick and excellent job taking care of my problem.

heads and gaskets had to be replaced. it was taken care of quick and efficient. Would most certainly tell people to check them out.

Pending claim since approx. 09/12/2021

I have sent emails and I have called and was sent to 3 different agents one day only to leave a voicemail which led me to assigned agent ext 35023 who returned my call.He told me he would reach out to me on 10/05/2021 to let me know what the status of my claim was 2 times last week. . I still have not heard from him! This is absolutely ridiculous! I have been without my vehicle an additional 3-4 weeks. Can someone please please please help me!!! And please can I request an agent that understands &;; speaks clear English. I mean no disrespect but I have had trouble understanding your agents and them understanding me multiple times. This is very frustrating.

Extremely poor service

Wife and I purchased a used vehicle to have something dependable for a road trip. Ended up having issues headed home, halfway across the country. Not only was the service representative rude, they were not helpful in any way. They couldn't recommend service locations, couldn't find a tow to a service location, and did not even call us back to let us know of anything that would help. Complete lack of empathy for the situation paying customers depend on them for. We are dropping this useless service. Current customers, better hope you're close to home if something happens..

What is covered

i bought a 2018 ford eco sport 3-16-21 from a dealer. they put you as the warranty for my coverage. now my car is acting up and now i am afraid to take it to the dealer to find out what is wrong with it, because i am afraid you will deny my claim. and i cant afford to pay anything out right?

Poor Refferal

I think They have ONLY one Towing company in California. Which is Henry's Towing Service?? They are Very RUDE, OBNOXIOUS &;;;;;;; UNCOURTEOUS people. Do NOT call them. They do NOT deserve your business??

They are a rip off.

At 160,000 miles transmission went out in my truck. Took it to the Ford dealership. Called ASC about the claim. ASC reject my claim, telling me the tires were the wrong size on the truck. They were the same size and brand and style tire that was on the truck when I purchased it new. The agent that came out and looked at the truck said to get back with ASC for a refund. Now I am not eligible for a refund.
