The offer of a refund was rescinded. They are claiming that Qutar Airways says that I was a no show..even though I arrived 4 hours before scheduled departure. My Passport was scanned by Qutar Airways staff 3 times and I purchased a replacement ticket 2 hours before my original departure time. I provided a copy of the receipt and ASAP claims it's not proof that I was there in Qutar Airways Administration office.

Tickets not honored by airline and refusal to refund

I purchased round trip tickets. My return flight ticket was rejected by Qutar Airways. I purchased a replacement ticket. I was originally offered a refund. The offer was rescinded. I was offered a future flight in exchange. Now I am told that I am not eligible for any exchange or refund. They are saying that Qutar Airways said that I was a no show. I provided evidence to prove that I was there 4 hours before the scheduled departure time, including a replacement ticket receipt from Qutar Airways Administration office

Pissed off

Ok I bought two tickets one needing a return ticket to Canada from the Philippines now I texted my travel agent for a refund or ask to use my ticket or put it on hold which not one of my requests was meet that was in January of last year .my ticket return to Canada expired in march 18 th two and a half months later why did he not tell me that my ticket would expire and to use it or get a refund which I ask for and have proof as well ( that my tickets where only good for a year)

Do not buy flight protection Do not trust agent They told me they eould invedtigate my vlaim, but after 24 hours wll i heard was sorry you have no claim !!! I bought into this and lost my money.

They do not pay back the $3,804 they owes us.

We bought two tickets from Fort Lauderdale to General Santos, Philippines from ASAP tickets for $3,805.45 (including insurance) on June 11, 2022, with a travel date of February 21, 2023. On November 10, 2022, we were informed by ASAP that the tickets were not "Authorized" and we had two options, get a refund of the money or use the "In-house funds" to purchase new tickets. We selected the second option and a travel agent called us back. After deciding on the best tickets, she informed us that we had to pay for the new tickets with our credit card and ASAP would refund us (within 15 business days according to the email) the money for the first tickets. We bought the new tickets with our credit card but they never gave us our money back. We have been calling ASAP regularly to ask for our money, but we are always connected to a travel agent who informs us that he or she can not do anything about it and that it has to be managed by a specialist. They always refuse to transfer the call to a specialist or give us a number to call but promised us that a specialist will call us back in a few hours which they never do. Every now and then they send us an email, blaming it on the airline. It is not the airline that owes us money, it is ASAP Tickets and it has become clear to us that they have no intention to pay our money back. As of April 18, 2023, we have not received our money.

They will take your money they are thieves and scammer. Thier advertisement 24/7 is ok but once you have a problems they will not answer your call

ASAP Tickets cheated me.

I have worst experience with ASAP tickets. This company's main objective looks like to cheat customers. In my case I was compelled to cancel ticket because of COVID surge in travelling country. But for cancellation charge, airlines charged $100 each but ASAP tickets company charged more than double-that is $250 each. I had also other ticket too that was one way, in this case ASAP tickets charged me all the money, it means Ndidn't refund any money. Other agents never charge like this. So this is a very bad company. Never buy ticket from this company.

Terrible experience

Booked a flight in October 2022 to Germany. Treated myself to economy plus ( $600 more) pait 109$ to select seat ahead, luggage was included. Flight got cancelled (rescheduled by airline 3 times). asap send notices out almost daily that made no sense. At one time they flew me Boston / Paris with connecting flight from Amsterdam !!! to Germany 1.5 hrs later. When I called I had to explain for 20 minutes that Paris and Amsterdam are not in the same country... When I contacted Delta they referred me back yo ASAP, who referred me to Delta and so on. At Asap they told me to speak to customer service who said I need to speak to my ticket agent (who was never there) Since they are on commission no one else is willing to help. Back to CS, no help. This went on for about a week, finally Delta took pity on me 2 days before my flight and for an additional $200 booked me in economy. I paid extra for seat (again) and for my luggage. I also flew a day later and with huge layovers! At ASAP I was informed that I never booked economy plus (yet they took the extra money and a tip) so they just lied. On the day of departure ASAP actually called me to make sure I knew I had a flight to Paris and out of Amsterdam to Germany ...really! Upon my return I disputed my CC charge (only for the extra money I spent,) they through ASAP wanted so much documentation and e mails etc , claiming I took the flight.(true I took a flight at much reduced comfort and and hrs spent on phone and e mails and eventually with Deltas help) Long story short, had I booked a regular economy flight with Delta ($ 850 +$60 for luggage) instead of $1600 with nothing but headache AND in the last row seat, I would be $800 ahead. Neither my CC nor ASAP did anything! Beware, Beware, Beware. They are liars!!

Ticket cancellation and need for refund

I got a ticket foe $2885.72 and they cancelled my flight without verifying if I needed a visa or not because I asked for verification of visa status now since my flight is cancelled I have asked them to issue me a refund and they are telling me the flight is non refundable, when I got the travel care service with my ticket it says it is refundable with a $250 charge. I have called several times and they keep telling me they will escalate it with no resolution. an agent called Beau called me from the escalation department and was shouting at me and hung up on me when I asked for a refund. I need my refund issued, I am filling this complain to report this agency because they keep trying to scam people out of their money.

Resolved: ASAP tickets sold me fraud ticket

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. With pissedconsumer.com help, today I got full refund after 10 months of follow up. I may not purchase airline ticket with ASAP TICKETS.

My name is Ms. Shameem Farooqi, senior citizen (woman), living on limited income, wheel chair bound passenger, traveling alone, booked ticket with ASAP tickets JNS1F0 Hyderabad India to Chicago USA in February 2022 (HYDERABAD-JEDDAH- CHICAGO). I was denied boarding flight by Saudi Airline stating Saudi Arabia was not my final destination. ASAP tickets spoken with Saudi Airline staff, I was still denied boarding, ASAP tickets employee stated ASAP tickets will refunded me or if I want they will book another airline. After repeated follow up ASAP tickets denied my refund till now. Currently they are demanding $584.40 more to give replacement ticket. I lost my money, humiliated at airport and suffering emotional trauma. Pl help.

$1298.02 is the amount I paid for my flight to Egypt to join a group for tour/vacation. There were 2 stops and the 1 hr.44 minutes.layover wasn't enough time for me to take a term to terminal 5 at Ohare and stand in the massive line for security. I missed the 2nd flight to Vienna. Australia Air who I was flying with would not rebook my flight so they said because I didn't buy it from them.The travel agency ASAP would find me another flight and they wouldn't.The tried to make me BUY ANOTHER TICKET. I would have paid any difference. That was also the last flight to Vienna TICKET. I BOUGHT INSURANCE so I wouldn't be charged if I had to make a change or couldn't make my trip. They would not honor it. I tried to talk so many people. I didn't leave the airport until after 1 am.I tried to shuttle to a hotel.I waited and hr. I never saw one ,then I got one and went to a different hotel the Westin. I incurred charges of $194.93 for my room $202.00 for the flight back home plus $35.00 for my checked bag. I want AUSTRIAN Airline to refund everything penny I had to spend $1707.05 They took away a vacation my piece of mind and caused me anxiety which I take medicine for. ALL of this because WOULD NOT REBOOK MY FLIGHT. They willing left me in a strange city. What if I was a person who was unable to pay for a return home. This a way for a young woman to fall victim to human traffic.

IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 135 DAYS & STILL DIDN'T GET OUR REFUND!

So, this company is totally CORRUPT! Our flight got cancelled 5x now. Our original flight was May 4th. Due to pandemic it was cancelled and we totally understand that. So, we rebooked our flight and they said the next available one was May 9 with same price. So, we agreed. We rebooked it again and again because they want to charge us for additional $150 penalty refund!!!!! Like, SERIOUSLY?!? Let me just break down all the original ticket price we paid: May 4 - $1,799.22 (ticket price) + $158.90 (Their NONSENSE travel care) ------That was cancelled------ May 9- $1799.22 (so, it's even from the first one, we didn't pay any additional for the ticket price except for additional travel care of $158.90) ------That was cancelled-------- May 16- Aside from $1,799.22 credits that we have, they charged as $1,170.20 on top of that. So, that will give us a total of $2,969.42 -------Then it was cancelled so they offer us a flight on: June 8- $2,093.20 (ticket price) -------In which, they should give us back a total of $876.22 REFUND, RIGHT? But we DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THEM! And they told us that the only amount that we will soon received will be $374!!!!! WHAT A THIEF! -------Now, they cancelled the flight again and gave us this: July 3- $1,912 (ticket price) -----So from, June 8 - July 3, we should get ANOTHER refund of $180.36 So, our refund total should be $1,056.58 FROM THAT TIME. But the again, it was cancelled!!! Last time we spoke to an agent from their schedule change team, and we asked if we could just get a refund. And he told us that they will charge us $150!!!!! And it will take them 30-60 days for the refund and they will check first if it's eligible!!! Like, really people???!! We are not the one who cancelled! We are not the one who's giving the flight! But we are the one to be charged for that damn Penalty Refund????!!!!! That's too much!! WAY TOO MUCH!!!! Now, Ive filed a complaint from BBB and a dispute from my bank. Then our travel agent sent us an e-mail stating that they will just give me a refund of $3,128.32 (well, it should be $3,287.22). Anyway, I just want my money back! Then, Ive contacted my travel agent last October 14th and ask for an update. October 19th, she told me that I have to call my bank since I filed a dispute. And so, I did what she asked me to do. I called my bank and they told me that the company refused to accept/ approve my dispute. And so, I got pissed! I, then called my travel agent and told her that. She told me that, she didnt hear anything from the resolutions team. So, asked her how many times that I wanted to speak to her supervisor or to the resolutions team BUT she gave me a lot of reasons that I cant be able to speak to them. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 135DAYS since we asked for a refund! DONT BE A CORRUPT! BE A SPORT ASAP TICKETS TEAM! YOU WERENT ABLE TO GIVE US FLIGHT GOING TO OUR DESTINATION, SO GIVE OUR REFUND! DONT BE A ONE BIG TIME SCAMMER (you cannot blame me for addressing you this!). GIVE OUR REFUND BACK!
