I purchased a diffuser as seen on tv/ social media well money wasted the item broke the next day I called in and was advised that there was nothing they could do so sad that I'm stuck with a item that has issues no replacement or money back

Merchandise received was NOT AS SEEN ON TV merchandise
I ordered $132.03 worth of merchandise and none of the merchandise was the real as seen on tv merchandise...The merchandise i received was from either China or Japan and not what I ordered. the merchandise was not even in as seen on tv packages, but wrapped in black plastic wrap. I paid for real as seen on tv merchandise and got fake crap. I want my money refunded!!!

Couldn't contact anyone for help and product came damaged.
Terrible product, very flimsy and came all bent up. Waited and waited on product, the dial vision adjustable glasses. They were cheap flimsy plastic and came in damaged package and it isn't have bent the glasses . I sent several messages to to them which was the only way to contact the but never received a reply.

I have tried to contact customer service and no number works and the ones that do will switch over to a company trying to sell you something else! My spin mop and bucket that i purchased at Target
This is the second spin mop and bucket that I have purchased and the mop handle on both comes apart from the plastic holder connecting to the mop head!!! I cannot reach anyone in customer service! This is ridiculous. If they cannot make this good, I am going to go to another brand and purchase it from now on. I do not recommend purchasing from them. I wish I had read all of the negative remarks before I purchased these!!! Very poor company!!!
