Great Place to Bank!
Arvest has always been a great bank with fantastic service. In the 20+ years I've been with them, 2 times I was late making a deposit and the my online account showed several items NSF. Each time the next day reflected that they had rearranged the items so that the maximum number of smaller items were paid first. They saved me a lot of NSF fees!

Was left sitting in the lobby and was overlooked by four Caucasian ladies
Went into the bank at 84 15, 107 in Sherwood, Arkansas Arvest Bank to clear some transactions on my card check then it was overlooked. I cant go recall in a day nice but it was for Caucasian ladies they refused to work on me. The branch manager didnt do anything, and when I went to the dance to get some help, a young lady did help me but I just want to say it was very sad for me about African-American woman and I have accounts there and for them to just overlook me like I didnt matter thats why I became a pissed customer And the branch manager did not even try to fix it. I sit definitely 45 minutes and no one said a word to me and this is not the end of this.

Lost card but I tured it off is that good enough for now
The 24 hour service is threw a 3rd party in the Philippines and thats not 24 hour assistance its wrong and very cheap of u guys

Thanks you for taking care of this in a timely manner and without any issues. Fast affordable, it's all that and more. Arvest Bank so far I have been banking at Armstrong Bank for the last 20 years and just changed due to so many issues. So far so good, thank again for taking care of this. Says its open 25 hours but got office closed at 8. Doesnt matter of its Sunday when you need help with a unauthorized charge

Ripped me off
I cashed a check for 3800 dollars drawn on an account in Eureka Springs Ar, and they had to count it multiple times, acting very nervous. AFTER I left the company that wrote the check called me to say they overpaid me $100 and that I needed to return the money.

Unhelpful
Called the check verification telephone # provided on website to verify funds on a suspicious check for our credit union. The person that provided call back from ACH department name: Sherica) directed me to customer service line as she transferred me there to verify the check. Once transferred, call center rep named Bridget stated they do not verify checks of funds on checks. Instead of providing me a transfer, I could have been advised the first time no check verifications are provided. Also, Bridget's customers service was terrible. The fact that you are not willing to work with other financial institutions to help prevent fraud activity is mind-blowing!

Won't return unauthorized charges and keep out of acct
I complained for a year and a half about unauthorized charges. I am a vet with ptsd and these sorry mfrs knew it. They manipulated and abused me. But now I have taken a new anxiety treatment and can think again..so all these companies, usaa, liberty mutual and arvest, are at least gonna be reported and reviewd. My plan is small claims court in the hardest to find town in arkansas for all these companies if I do not get result. Usaa just had a new class action suit filed for what they did to me and arvest backed them. Owned by walton family and known for overdraft fees google it. Predatory. When I finally did get their attention they gave me credit for 300 of the oldest charges and said the rest was on me. Their numbers didn't even total the amount in question. So right now they owe me 3 grand and have returned 10%. My small post office caught the packet with all my info sent to a blank address. Then sent me an address request. Liberty showed 4 drafts and 3 returns. Arvest can't see it

Frozen account
Arvest frozen my account, let me know that they were not going to continue doing business with me over my paychecks. My employer also banks with them. There was a problem with the business account that was causing my checks to be returned. I had been banking with them for over 5 years, the business less than 3 months. The business account has been untouched, my account not the story. I have been punished for someone elses mistake. 0/10 would not recommend

Ridiculous fees
A relative wrote me a check from arvest bank. But because I am not a customer there they charged me $5 to cash it at their bank even though the check was written from an arvest account. I have never had this happen before at any other bank.
