Worst lying company in the world
They won't help , still under warranty and won't do anything t all! Beware of them and don't buy from them!!!!!!!!!! Can't even get them to call back and so rude when you talk to them, even to get parts is like screwed as they will charge you hundreds of dollars for a dollars item????????? They don't even have a ounce of honesty in them. Already sent pictures and to boot the liner had a rip and was patched but still leaks slowly!!!!!!!! Take warning from all the people who have been ripped off by this horrible company. Hope they get closed down and arrested!!!!!!

I, like everybody else, believed in the good deal when it came, only to be screwed in the end. Sure I can beat myself up for my own stupidity, but in the end, I did not do my own due diligence. First time on shame on me. I was thinking about suing him, but in the end that will cost me only more money. I was checking on him again this year and discovered the redirect. I can add nothing more than what everyone here has already ordered.

PARTS MISSING, THE HEATER COIL CAME USED AND WORST LIED TO...
THIS BUSINESS IS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD! they sell a good sale over the phone- hoping innocent people like me who live several hours and states away can not easily come in and demand to be reimbursed for broken parts that were supposed to be new when sent - our heater coil for the pool came used and broken,there were several parts missing to assemble the pool and customer service was full of pass offs and foolish liers who told me a documented amount of 20 times that they would replace the missing or broken parts. I NEVER GOT REIMBURSED BUT I DID GET A LOT OF ***- i CAN HONESTLY SAY I AND MY PARALYZED DOG - WHO SO BADLY NEEDED THIS POOL- HATE YOU AND YOUR SHADY BUSINESS!

Lack of Customer Service-
Multi-Valve on sand filter leaks from waste port when pool is running on Filter selection. Was told they had a bunch of faulty ones & would replace under warranty. Told about two weeks to get new one. This one has the same problem. Was told would get a better quality one sent to replace unit. Well two weeks still waiting. Depending on who you talk too, you'll get different story. Yesterday one got defensive! Was mistake to buy from them. Going out today to buy new Hayward equipment locally to have a working pool. Will have to eat the costs but want a pool to enjoy. I will not do business with this company in the future.

Just purchased a new pool from this company 13x21 we have only had it for four days and got it set up and filled with water and it is ripping apart. Haven't had a chance to use it yet because it hasn't stopped ripping apart. This company and its products are a total joke, do NOT buy from them. I have been ripped off and the customer service doesn't exist, they are quick to sell a pool but will not return calls or emails if there is an issue. Save your money and go to wall mart, at least there pools will hold water and you can return if there was an issue. If there is a good review, its by the owner and his family. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMANY, THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

We ordered a pool at the end of March 2016 and a month later have not received any product. I shared with the sales rep "james" that I'm pregnant with our second baby and we have an infant. This pool was supposed to be used for rehab and physical therapy, issues with walking since child birth. I can not believe how scary it is that people operate in a world where they hide behind the Internet and cheat families across the country. Reading the other reviews is infuriating. Really hope to work with other people who were cheated and scammed out of money to put an end to this insane joke of a business.

Legacy Pool Review
Do not buy from this company. I will post to every blog and outlet in the country until these guys are out of business. I had the same experience as many people on this site. David, James and others are amoral, how can a company operate like this? They cashed our check on March 30, 2016. It's April 30th,2016 and still no pool.

Good Service, Good Expereince, Great Pool
We had a positive experience with Arthur's Pools. We ordered, they shipped and we took delivery. They are a good company, though sometimes they do seem a little busy. But that's probably because they sell what has got to be the best pool available. Our legacy pool is outstanding, it set up very easily and it is durable and looks like it will last forever. We are a very happy NON-pissed consumer and we wanted people to know there were positive experiences out there

Arthurs Pools-- BEWARE!
They will not meet any deliver time-lines (they may tell you anything to make a sale). Beware of paying by electronic check (you won't get your money back if there is an issue). The quality of the pool may be jeopardized and it will not be rectified quickly. In short, they will play around on the phone, make promises they won't keep and will not refund money per California State law. I urge all to report issues to the BBB and attorney generals office!

You will lose your money if you pay them by "E-Check" I and others are working with several State and Federal agencies as well as law enforcement to put these crooks out of business. If you also have been defrauded by Arthurs Pools, Arthurs Toys, Quick Pools 4 Less, or many of the other names that they use please contact me and I will share with you the information you need to put these clowns out of business. This is the last pool company to even consider when shopping for a pool. They will tell you to pay by "E-Check"so that you get a discount. YOU WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE ONCE YOU DO THIS!! The chance of receiving what you order or a refund is slim to none. I am currently pursuing legal action against this company for fraud and theft. The only company you want to deal with is "Leslies Pools" a large, reputable nationwide firm who will quickly fill your order and treat you right. Worse customer service I have ever experienced.
I ordered an above ground dog pool for our veterinary facility after talking with Bob (I think), deep voiced guy mentioned in another complaint. He was very nice and helpful for the several calls before I actually made purchase. He told me how Legacy pools were so much better than others, namely Splash Around - there was a chart on the web site to prove it. It was promised on a Tues. I had a carpenter starting on Wed to build a deck. Pool arrived 3 days late after a few phone calls. No instructions. No warranty information. I called for instructions and was told they were shipped. All conversations after they had my check were not helpful at all, generally rude. He would not e-mail or fax me any, kept saying I had them. Needless to say, it took longer to get the *** thing up properly. Nowhere does the pool or the receipt say 'Legacy'. Logo on the pool is Splash Around. The ionizer I had also ordered did not arrive. He again assured me I had it. After 6 phone calls, he agreed to send one out. After a week when it did not arrive, more calls, he said it must have gotten lost. He sent it again, this time I asked for the tracking number. I still do not have the $300 ionizer, tracking indicates yet another week. We'll see. What a bunch of clowns. I can tell the thickness is not what was promised. He told me lions swim in this pool at many zoos, but the first thing you see when you opened the box was a packet of patches!

I ordered a 'like new' refurbished pool from them in May 2014. It had been set up at a car dealership sale with a couple of floaties in it - that's it. Like new. The pool arrived over a month later and was full of rust stains and bleach stains - it was a MESS. I said i wanted a refund. Craig said no, we owe you. We'll send you a brand new pool with stairs too as an apology and it will go out tomorrow. I said if it doesn't have the stairs too, i will return it because you do owe me. It didn't arrive for 2 months and no stairs - the summer was over anyway - i refused delivery of the pool. Almost a year later and still fighting for a refund. Going all the way with this - these people are liars. The internet is full of people who they treated terribly. DO NOT BUY FROM ARTHURS POOLS!!!!
