HELP!!!
HELP ME! I have tried to call for 2 weeks to get through on the phone to reorder my diabetic supplies... I totaled up how many times I have tried and it is over 200 TIMES! It shouldn't take that many times to get through on the phone to place an order. Do you not want our business? I am getting very angry & frustrated. Enough so that I want to change companies! I WISH they would contact me or you are able to leave a message & they return your call...Even that would help out. I don't know what to do about it. I have even tried finding a different # to try. Refill on my fathers testing strips
I need someone to please give us a call. My father has tried several number and I have also. I've called 180*-700-****,line is busy. I've dialed 1-88*-216-**** line is busy also. My father needs a refill on his test strips. He has True Metrix and is low on his strips. Call me at 252-493-****. We have looked on the internet for other numbers and no luck. Hello, my name is William F McCaulley. About @ yrs. ago I received medical supplies for testing my diabetes until I was told I wasn't a diabetic. At that time was diagnosed as borderline diabetic until later in time I was told I wasn't a diabetic at all. So I stopped receiving your diabetic supplies. However about 3 months ago I was found to be type 2 diabetic. I still had some supplies for testing my sugar. But now, I'm practically out of supplies. Very poor customer service.
I have been trying for the past 5 days to get through to customer service to order diabetic pump supplies. The line is ALWAYS BUSY. I am running out of supplies and desperately need to order them.
