Arriva is taking money out of my bank

I got on the 5D bus at 1.5ish I put my phone on the reader to pay but my card was not working so tried it twice then I got off the bus because it was so busy and now I looked at my online banking and I have been charged £4.20 for yesterday but not sure why just want a refund please

Hi I am pleased to say my teenage daughter has now got her Iphone back all thanks to the Arriva bus driver handing the phone in... my daughter went up to the Arriva bus Depot in Castleford and retrieved her phone Myself and my daughter give thanks to the bus driver that handed in her phone and the lovely lady that called me to say she had my daughters phone... fantastic customer service

Not bad

I have been deducted several times and I need my money because what happened was I bought weekly ticket but any time I can it arriva has to deduct another money from my account

Buses not turning up on a bank hol Mon or if they are their 15mins late

Buses late on a bank holiday Monday even tho they get an hour to do the route,I could walk the route in the time and Not be late &I carnt walk far ...you should be embarrassed with your so called bus service your an absolute joke of a company &

Compliments to driver

The 84 bus leaving Cosby at 11.30 today Friday 19th May 23 going to Lutterworth, the bus driver needs complimenting on his help and attitude towards my elderly mum (96) he got off the bus to help her on with her walking trolley. He was so friendly and it was service with a smile. He really needs commending for his helpfulness.

Lost passport

I lost my passport on the 86A bus travelling from Liverpool centre to John Lennon airport at 21.35 on Sunday the 23rd of April. I'm hoping it was handed into the lost and found property. Regards Edward McCabe

Driver gave me wrong ticket

Bus driver had gave me wrong weekly ticket after 3 attempts of buying one throughout the day. She gave me £17 ticket and I cannot use this where I live in skem. I always buy £21 now I've just tried to go shop and now I cannot get to work in the mor

Bus services bus 166

I was waiting for bus number 166 in princess avenue and two buses arrived the same time at 0830 . This happens so often and even I complained last week and nothing has be done about this. One of the reasons ticket is expensive because of bad management . How can 2 double darker bus send for the same route at the same time and costing company and customer more this happening every week . This is my last time I let you know and next I go to media .

Lost bag containing laptop , tablets , chargers and Samsung mobile . I've been trying to contact the lost property dept. for several days but can never get through. Left on 55 service to Jay close .

I boarded the 55 bus at Gernon Road Letchworth to Jay close on the Grange Estate. I also had 2 bags of shoping which I took with me but left the leather satchel with the items in . I've not been able to contact Arriva lost property after trying several times!!! Have you got this satchel?

My granddaughter has left her phon9e on bus

Bud crashed into me

On 24/12/22 am arriva bud was stolen and drive into dormanstown where it hit my car leaving it damaged and unable to drive I want to know who I am claiming from as I cant afford for my car to be fixed and have no way of travel to work and to see family Ive been left on my own all Xmas and new year with no car to use to go and see my family who live in London

Complaint against driver

6A Bus on Belgrave road Donnington street stop. i was waiting for the passenger who was getting off with her child in pushchair and a toddler. I went to board the bus the driver shut the door in my face, he smiled as he was doing it. He appeared to me a racist because he has seen Asian women with head scarf. I waved at him to open the door he drove off. I have worked for LCC for over 30 years and have used bus service everywhere in this city, this white male driver has let us down. This is the first time something like this happen to me, the people i work with have shared their horrible incidents with bus drivers but i never took any notice. if the bus was full i would have understood. I had missed my connecting bus to Oadby and was very late to where i was meant to go thank you

I got on Artiva bus 724 at St Albans City Station in St Albans...this bus route yo Harlow. I got off at Galleria shopping centre in Hatfield without my rucksack . My Daughter lost her pose which consist of her pop card and school ATM card

My daughter boarded Arriva Bus 55 at Heymarket in Newcastle enroute Forest Hall on her way to St Marys Secondary School and she lost her wallet which consist of her POP Card and School ATM card
