Low Quality

For decades Armor All was the product to use on tires, rims, leather / vinyl upholstery. But the product is getting worse and worse. I noticed a change a few years back but this last one, I bought I feel like pouring it out.

I used your leather wipes on my black leather shoes and it took the color out I thought it was a good product but after it did that I will never buy it again

Ceramic tire coating

Left black stain on new car, tried everything to remove. Please send instructions on how to remove. Would appreciate a call back as soon as posdible

Replacement

I get things not working like they are supposed to. Hence, why there is some kind of warranty on things we buy. What I do not get is when it does not work, getting in touch with customer service should be easier. Google is not where the number is located. Bought at Advanced Auto, so they said to call number on shop vac...so on my lunch came home to get number off vac to call. Finally, I spoke when someone told me I'd get an email fill out, take photo of cord cut, copy of receipt. The email he sent me did not have returned email attached to his, so when I sent back asked to let me know it was received...since it didn't have return attached, wanted confirmation it was gotten. Heard nothing, but forgot and about three/four weeks later thought it would have been here. It was not, so called again, and I still had a hard time finding a number to even speak with someone. Found somehow, and they could not find my information at first. was disconnected right when she found it, then got someone else on the phone who couldn't find me either. Tried to tell her how the other lady found it. She didn't care and went through all the steps; finally found and told me they do not make the model anymore so had to ask supervisor what to do...that's why they had not sent the replacement. Well, that's not a reason. I did not ask for a new model; I just wanted a 50-dollar mini shop vac to work more than a month from bought that had been used3 times. She went over the address and said it would be about 2 weeks. Two weeks passed NASA so called again...they had no excuse, just would be here in a week. Acted shocked i had not gotten it knowing it was not placed to be shipped to me. The next day it showed up over knighted... oh, and forgot to mention i emailed to wrong address 1st time, but since it went somewhere i did not get failed attempt. So-called back about 2 weeks asking if they had gotten it and she said no. I went to email and did it with her on the phone and again asked for confirmation, they got. Crickets is all I heard, Even after i messed up on first attempt. Be easier to find contact info. Be better about getting orders out or contacting the consumer to let them know there is a complication, it may take a little longer. Don't just not ship, not contact, not do anything. The job of customer service says exactly what the job requires. I do not understand why this company can fail on so many levels and if I showed up on any of yalls employees would have me arrive on a call to their home where they are expecting me to know my job, and do it correctly. Yet what if I showed up...eventually, and then tossed a med bag at them and had them fix their problem. It would be unacceptable. So, let's all just do our jobs. Not asking for anything more. Extreme tite foam

I've used ArmorAll products for many years!! This tire foam is a joke! The spray delivery on your tire foam has alot to be improved! Black Magic's can sprays consistent and to the end of the contents! I know what the young people in your employ will say! Then buy Black Magic!!

Let people know about problem

The product is fine but after buying this product for years Im done. The problem is you cant get the sheets out of the container! They give poor directions on how to get the towels out. I have to remove the lid and make a mess to get to the towels, each time. The dispenser idea is not working and Im sure they know this. On to another brand for me.

Bad product

Bought the glass cleaning streak free whipes. Not true to the label. My windshield was so streaked up causing me to not being able to see very good at all. The window was dirtier then before cleaning it. As a result causing me to run over 2 curbs. And messing up my rim costing me $ for a new rim. This product is not what it used to be. Never trust your clear clean windshield to armor all

ArmorAll Extreme Tire Shine SUCKS

Purchased this tire shine and its HORRIBLE!!! I called ArmorAll and got NO WHERE! They dont care or keep the 100% satisfaction guarantee as stated on the can! DO NOT BUY!!!

Small Wet Dry Bac *** oit aftwr 6 months already left a phone mwssage a d you did not call me back

This is so ridiculous I already wrote a review for Armor All.. is just wanting to not help. The shop vac I bought the Small orange Utility Vac. It *** our after 6 months of light use. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The results of this review Armor all will ask me to fill out a review . Its because Armor All doesnt want to do anything. I will never DO A REVIEW AGAIN! Laura M F

Concern with Glass Wipes

First of all, I'm a "big fan" of your products for both my Camaro and Harley. Decided to try your Glass Wipes for the windshields of both as Florida is a very dirty State! Using the Wipes, I feel as though there's not enough liquid needed to do a complete job (with as few Wipes as possible). Any advice or comments? Thank you.

Pissed off customer

I used the ceramic tire shine and patted it down so no excess was left on the tire. The car sat for over 24 hours after application. The tire shine has soaked into my brand new pearl white paint on my car and I can not get it out

Armor All 2.5 Gallon Portable Wall Mountable Wet/Dry Utility Vaccum, Orange

I bought the above item from Walmart, the motor blew up and i contacted Walmart they told me to reach out to Armor All--they wouldn't help me!!!!

I used the armorall wipes and it melted my car, Ive been reaching out to the company but they keep telling me they dont get my email but I get theirs. It doesnt make sense

Products ruined my car

I just bought a new car a few weeks ago and bought the armor all protectant wipes and leather cleaner wipes and they have left marks and streaks all over my new vehicle. I have tried everything I know to fix it and nothing has worked. I researched how to possibly correct it but I dont want to mess it up anymore.

Cant find foam filter for aa255

Ive tried everywhere. I cant find parts list, replacement parts oem or generic. Ive found some that are supposed to fit but dont. Whats up? Dont you support your products? I tried another contact email, autohelpline@***.com, and it didnt go through. This is ridiculous, hours wasted searching.
