Wrong dress
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We ordered an alyce prom dress and it is a fake. This is a Chinese operation which they do not state on their website and there is no phone number. We have emailed them six times with no response. My daughter ordered the size according to the alyce dress so this knockoff does not fit! It is four days until prom. The dress does not even look like the dress we ordered. It is a totally different style and fit and it is not very good quality with poor stitching. Please do not be fooled by the website and lured in by the pictures

Horrible customer service
This online company has horrible customer service. When trying to contact with questions about how to make a return, discovered that they do not receive phone calls. Really? Why would you not have a phone number to solve issues and provide customer service. So I had to email them. And I emailed them for at least ten days before receiving any return email. Then as I replied within hours, they took 3-4 days to return my email. There is a "live chat" on their website, but I have tried that over and over again for hours in a row and multiple days and it always says "we are busy please leave a message." which is bogus because they never trued to contact me again. They have horrible customer service - Do not use them or you will lose your money and not be able to exchange product due to lack of customer service availability.

Return issues
They will not accept a dress in return even though we followed their rules for returns. Then said they would give me half my money back and never returned my email. Horrible customer service from this place. Only have email available but it took ten days of emails to get someone to return to me and then multiple emails a day are not returned. This issue could have been resoled two weeks ago, but I have only gotten 3 simple emails not answering my questions. DO NOT USE this company. You will waste your money. Also they charged me incorrect amount to my charge card AND DO NOT return emails ad have no phone number on file and will refuse to call me.
