Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, cant find a number to reach support anywhere, cameras are extremely poor quality and die after a few days of being fully charged with the solar chargers attached.

Useless product

The cameras are totally useless without the subscription. The app is outdated and limited in scope. My husband and I have the same app and same system but his looks completely different from mine. Were not able to share the same cameras. Customer service is helpless. Biggest waste of money as a new homeowner. Dont be fooled by all the good reviews. I was so sure I didd my research and thought these seemed like a decent option, knowing that customer service was usually the worst aspect but now I know its a scam. Horrible product, terrible company. So disappointing. 30 days isnt long enough to know if its going to be worth it, the return policy is impossible. Thinking of selling them second hand just so I dont have to keep looking at them.

Call customer service got a recording then hang up same issue can’t reach nobody to address situation

Got a camera it worked for 2 weeks went offline been trying to exchange it for a nother device but cant reach nobody about this product

Unit can not fit in base.

Brought an Arlo Essential Wired Video Doorbell, while installing the unit the unit can't be snapped in the base, it keeps popped out after press it in. Then take the base back out from the wall, the unit still won't snapped in the unit. So wondering if I can have a replacement base to try it again.

I canceled my service

You never reimbursed by credit card for my yearly service. I called my usaa credit card company no refund from arlo. Per the person I finally talked to you have done anything. So my credit company detective will come and resolve this matter. If not you will hear from my lawyer

Can't log in

I can't log into my account. When I call their help center, I can't get anyone who can understand English and I am a political science major with a four point GPA, trust me I can make myself understood. I tried calling pissed.com number and all I got is the recording saying to go to the website. If I could resolve this by going to the website, I would. I need to speak with someone at Arlo who can get me logged in who speaks and understands English

Arlo pro not charging

I tried to trouble shoot the camera from your website but it did not work. Please advise. Automated systems DO NOT resolve customer concerns. If a customer misses your call we can not call back and become hostage to the broken automated service. Currently shopping for a better service and product line!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

I explained my problem and gave all the information asked for the I sent screenshots done every step and the person was quick to want to get off when she could not resolve the problem and said I have my team working on it we will send a email and you want to know what it said check my Internet connection after I repeatedly said we have been through that over and over and over and I have yet to get the help. I need to get my cameras back up and running

Batteries

3 out of 4 Batteries are completely dead and will not take a charge. One of the batteries will take a partial charge. I put all of the Batteries on the charger overnight 2 at a time Please find a copy of my receipt attached. I would like replacement Batteries. Thank you.

Fed up with Arlo Pro 4 junk

This product is consistently unreliable whether you have a subscription or not. Am always getting new and unpleasant "surprises". It didn't play well with a second added camera of same model so returned it. Then it stopped getting clear video of front door images so I moved it to a less consequential location and put the Reolink camera at the front door. The Arlo would time out waiting to live stream -- never getting to the image. Rebooting means setting up the camera all over again ... getting out the ladder to access the camera. I have no activity zones since dropping subscription but no problem getting to live stream. With all the security cameras I've owned, restricting activity zones wasn't a problem!!! After always using Opera to access camera on windows, suddenly website stops sending me email with the access pin. Then using FireFox browser, I did get a pin for access which I then entered into the Opera browser and it worked. Crazy stuff. Too time consuming and unreliable a product. I had an Arlo camera for years and then after they announced stop supporting, it died. Regretfully I bought another not realize the scam I was falling into. Since, I have bought Reolink Argus 3 which works 100% of the time and is kept charged with their solar panel which comes with the camera. They are also providing free subscription. I have a second Reolink camera which works just fine with the Arlo and Argus 3. Don't even think the placement of the Arlo is causing problems. It has been moved to the same locations as the Reolinks which work no matter where they are positioned. The Arlo Pro 4 works until it doesn't, which is at every turn. Plus I bought base station and extra batteries with a charger. Don't be fooled like me.

Arlo security system/ now follow up, u don't recognize my only Email address here

I wrote about Arlo security system being a waste of money as I & others can't get it hooked up & Arlo ignore its customers! I spent $500. On a system that DOESN'T WORK! MY SON THE SAME AT HIS HOUSE N OTHERS SAME COMPLAINING ON FB! Still nothing.
