Order said it’s delivered but it’s not

So I ordered flx4 dj decks and pair of 60£ headphones same delivery date and I have got the guy on ring door bell only handing over 1 parcel my dj decks I have also recording of him saying youll need headphones with them

Outstanding debt of Travers Sinanan

I am the wife of Travers Sinanan who passed away in April 2022. I now reside in Trinidad and do have access to his account with Argos. Travers Sinanan's email registered with you is travgeet1@***.com. I am trying to get a letter of grant to deal with the estate of the deceased in Trinidad but it is taking a much longer time than expected. Travers and I both used travgeet1@***.com email address but Outlook has informed me that the storage bix is full although I am trying to delete old folders. Hence your emails may bounce back. Money taken for an order shown in stock and then order cancelled

This is the second time I have ordered from Argos and then as soon as payment is taken, the order is cancelled. The items are still showing in stock and yet as before, they will keep my money for 5 days. I will never order from them again. They are crooks by taking money when knowing they cannot supply the goods. They come up with window expired but it hadn't expired!

Parcel delivered not wanted need a refund

I've been trying to get in touch to pick up an order that is not wanted nd was left dumped in the porch nd not given chance to decline it. I rang wanted them to arrange collection nd stuck with a automated questions instead of speaking to a human. I am furious as I want it collected and a refund given in full

Complaint

You advertised a static bike- due to my physio need I purchased it. However, no part of you advert did you say it consisted of 19 parts and 52 screws/ washers and so on. It took my neighbour a couple of hours to build it. ( at a price). On contacting your customers service even they was shocked at the amount of parts. The builder remarked that most of the screws was not long enough to get a.secure grip. One even fell out and wont regrip.

WALSALL ARGOS INSURANCE POLICY IS A SCAM. I had a terrible experience at Argos Walsall Crown Wharf Branch on 21/07/2023. I bought a small movable heater sometime in February 2023 and I paid extra for the insurance. The heater stopped been very warm the way it used to be when I first bought it so I took it back on Saturday 21/07/2023 but a white lady I met told me since it still works and its warm she is not going to change it. I talked and explained it might be warm as you have plugged it but its not as warm as the way it used to and it doesnt make my room warm any longer even if you left it on for hours, but she refused to listen to me. She said she wasnt going to change it. I told her but I paid for the insurance, she said yes but she was not going to change it since its working. I later learnt she was the manager. I forgot to ask of her name but she is tall and chubby in description. Perhaps any one has had bad experience with her before. She was so rude and horrible to deal with. I left the heater with them in Argos and walked away but my wife persisted I go back and pick it up since we paid for it in the first place. I later went back to pick it up and I called the Argos Customer Care to lay a complaint. But I dont know if anything would be done about this. According to Consumer Right Act 2015 Customer have the right to get the item they bought fixed or replaced if its still within the stipulated time. But seems this Act is not in Argos dictionary.

Condenser

ive had my condenser for less than a year,it stopped working.i reported this to Argos,it took few months before anyone come out.The man stated he had to order a part an would get back to me when parts arrived.it has been months,Argos then phoned me to see if it was fixed i replied no,so lady said she would chase it up,again to date nothing has been done to fix it an still broken

Phone issue

Last year around Late December I brought a brand new iPhone 11. For the first week it was working fine u til it started randomly turning off to the point where I cannot use it anymore. When this was happening I took it to a phone shop and they couldnt fix the problem and suggested I check where I got the phone from again. When buying the phone it did not say anything about it being refurbished. The phone men suggested that it was as its unsustainable for a new phone to do this. If I knew it was refurbished I wouldnt have brought it. I want you to get back to me ASAP because its not good that you sell phones that perform like this. Ive given it the benefit of a doubt and stopped using it for 5 days but up until this point its been lagging since which is totally not ok. You Must get back to me about this. Thank you.

To apply for new Argos credit card

I call yesterday customer service to get a new card as mine ran out of date I gave my card number keep saying I have not got a card I all so have £ 5 pound credit. On the card as well no happy world like this to be sorted out new card sent to me hope you can help thank you Mr niven

Been charged twice for 1 order

So yesterday I placed an order for £87.95 and the money came out there and then all good. Today I received the order all good as well. However 30-45 mins later after receiving it, I got charged the same amount again for no apparent reason. The money came out my account yesterday and yet I have been charged the same amount again. I placed the order once and once only. My order number was 153085****. I would either like that money back considering I ordered once not twice or I would like an explanation as to why Ive been charged twice for something I ordered once and have already received

No live chat, emails unanswered.

The live chat just goes to a feedback survey and no one answers emails. As I was out of the country, I couldn't use the 0345 number and the international number didn't work. Eventually resolved my issue via messenger.

Extreme bad costu.er service at Walthamstow branch.

Still no contact from Argos costumer service. l think they are told by management to give you the run around for as long as possible, so you get fed up.

The Management at Walthamstow branch need to be retrained and the staff removed incompetent, unprofessional, disrespectful, no product knowledge. Badly dressed, no name badges. This is a poor reflection of you company.

no one has contacted me. so the issue is still unsolved. l would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from your dreadful company and the unprofessional people you choose to run your run down out of stock stores. l want to have this ltem replaced or refunded. disgusted.

DISGUSTING

was so excited to take delivery of my new Bosch washing machine & tumble dryer last week. The two men who were contractors for Argos brought the items into our house. We had paid to have the old washing machine and tumble dryer taken away. The washing machine was loaded onto the sack truck and put into the van then the tumble dryer loaded onto the sack truck. I was in the kitchen when I heard a loud bang, I looked up to see the tumble dryer laying on the pavement right next to my car which had obviously fallen off the sack truck. I thought gosh, thats really close to my car but the guy just picked it up & took it to his van so I thought all was ok, plus we were distracted by moving our new goods around in the kitchen. I thanked the two guys & off they went & even left a good review for them!!! As we were on holiday that week we didnt use my car until two days later where my partner came in and said our car has got a massive dent above the wheel arch & scratches with white paint. This damage is exactly where the guy dropped the tumble dryer. I bought my car from new & is only 3yrs old, I've never scratched it or damaged it & I have looked after my car really well. I am utterly disgusted that someone could do so much damage & just walk away without saying anything. What sort of people are Argos employing ! Im not a malicious person and wouldnt want the guy to get the sack however, who is going to pay for all this damage to my car? I have called Argos twice just to speak to someone who has no sense of urgency what so ever & to be honest, sound like they dont really care. My partner who has previously worked in the car industry as a manager for over 32yrs & thinks its going to cost around £2,000 to fix as its not an easy fix being above the wheel arch. So even if fixed this will now probably reduce the value of my car & not to mention the inconvenience of not having a car to get to work whilst being fixed. Thank you Argos for such a shocking experience. If this is not sorted ASAP I will have no option than to take legal action. SHOCKING !!! UPDATE: instead of replying saying report it on Twitter/Facebook, why dont you just pick up the phone ! ANOTHER UPDATE: Ive reported it on Twitter as advised by the person replying to my review to which someone replied someone might call me tomorrow .IVE BEEN WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME SINCE 13/04/23..now taking appropriate action as this is ridiculous. Ive sent 17 emails to various people in Argos to which all returned & one saying the recipient is unable to accept your email as his email box is full UPDATE: 26/04/23 thirteen days since my car was damaged & eight days since CLAIRE HUGHS sent me an email saying she will get back to me soon as an investigation has been conductedSTILL WAITING & WAITING & WAITING with my damaged car sat outside !!! RESPONSE TODAY FROM CLAIRE HUGHS: Good afternoon Ms Robertson, Thank you for your email and sorry for the delay responding to you. I've received the crew's statement today in relation to your property damage claim. Our crew have confirmed they were not responsible for the damage caused to your vehicle. However, if you can provide any evidence our crew did cause this I.E. CCTV footage, I would be happy to reopen this investigation. Sadly, if you are unable to provide me with any evidence, Argos will not be taking any further action with regards to this claim and if you do dispute the outcome, your next steps would be to seek third party independent advice in relation to this. On behalf of Argos, please accept my sincere apologies for any disappointment caused. I brought alcatel phone last week. It is a 4g phone, and my daughter said it has to be a 5g phone. I took it back to Brixton argos for a refund. The girl said I can't have a refund because the box has been opened. I said u can see that nothing has been touched all in its plastic bags. She said once the box is opened up can't return it. I said "how are you supposed to look at it " she said u have to read the description. I was really pissed off and upset. I suffer with server stress anxiety and depression and I'm termily ill. I said "so that's it no refund or store credit, so I'm going to loose £60?" She said "well ur just have to use it." She was not very helpful AT ALL. Made me feel like she didn't care, well she didn't care. I left very upset and tearful. I NEED A REFUND.
