Complaint about Artic Cat
Artic Cat Enterprises have followed the crowd of high priced, extreme and cheap designs, and has promoted the drug cultured personalities for single machine extreme driving. Actually eliminating the promise of a classy seat. Forgetting the Nuclear Family. Who once rode together on a snowmobile. The current and dangerous fad of spending 15,000 for a Frame and Engine with a Skinny Profile leads to the unsafe and unsecured ride. Promoting the human body to be the Front Bumper God Forbid to hit something. Not too mention, the resale value of a 15,000 Skinny Minny, is valued less than half of $15,000 in one year. No longer, the middle age or the Grandpa can ride with their Grandkids. It's all about high money, ill and extreme purpose for the future disappointment of a drug cultured society to lose its high on a skinny ride. And the history of Artic Cat was the leader of the Nuclear Family. Not no more. Thanks to an idiot. Metz. The High Dollar CEO. It's all about money and being Skinny.

Artic Cat has destroyed the family unit. The family snowmobile no longer exist. Middle age or Seniors have no enjoyment for family snowmobile fun. The new and high cost design are cheap, extreme, and drug cultures deviance for the crazy drivers. The Artic Cat Snowmobile design has no secure back one for long lasting fads. But rather the price is so high for one person to ride. What a waste. The family can't join to buy a two seater or family investments. It's all about money and the extreme drug culture behind the extreme and ugly snowmobile designs. Metz the CEO us the culprit. An idiot. Cares about high price junk for extreme riding. He has destroyed the family snowmobile. Artic Cat is no longer Artic Cat. Artic Cat Enterprises is a follower. High dollars for the drug cultured society to ride recklessly. The single rider back in the history had class, sport, and family. Now Artic Cat supports the skinny and junky snowmobile. No meat. Just a frame with an engine. And a promise not to collapse in the snow. It's all about money. Shame on you Metz.

Broken boss gear
Hey there I have a 2014 ****cc wildcat UTV the boss gear housing on the engine side has broke. Do you make a replacement "retro" plate for this problem? Ive read its a huge issue and has been for awhile. I would rather get a retro replacement rather that split the crank and rebuild the motor

Less than 500 miles on sled and fan does not work. Frozen snow mobile is almost brand. New cat wont warranty

Purchased a 2019 arctic cat alterra 700 and it's been nothing but junk since we bought it
First of all the master cylinder was defective and the bike had no brakes, then the ignition gave out, then the power steering didn't work, then the throttle cable was defective and the bike couldn't stop after acceleration. 3 batteries in the bike. Not even 4000 km on the bike.i purchased 3 arctic cat bikes over the last 6 years and believe me it's my last.

Fire hazard health hazard
I contact Arctic cat / textron about this it is a recall situation they said there was nothing they could do because it already had been done and yet after they had installed their so-called patch it burned a one by one foot hole in the fire wall and is spreading melt thing firewall all over the engine and spreading heat into the cab that is so unbearable that I broke out into a sunburn type thing I was in a shirt and to three days later I was peeling all over from the top of my head through my ears my face all the way through my chest my back down to my waist my wife was suffering from heat exhaustion extremely dangerous situation I have pictures of the hole that I would love to attach to this I will be attaching it to my Facebook page and all of my clubs that I belong to on Facebook and the writing clubs I also belong to and letting everyone know just exactly how much arctic cat and Textron its really taking care of their customers and making sure let no one will buy another one I like the machine I just wish they would do something to help me

searching for main harness which isn't available. 0486-277 My thought was your salvage yard? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you p.s. don't know why this sent me through pissed off customer. not the case here.

Machine break down
Bought a 2021 attic cat wildcat xx on a trip to West Virginia Im from Vermont and the clutch weight bolt broke throwing the weight thought my casing I have 4 days in West Virginia with do machine this trip cost me a lot of money not very happy

Arctic cat prowler that on the second time I sat in the seat it wouldn't move at all after purchasing new. Being a disabled veteran thought I would be treated better no discounts and was asked before I brought it in if I could take it to a car wash and clean it first. Would love to ask the CEO if they purchased an 80 thousand dollar truck and the second time they sat in it, and it wouldn't move if they would want another truck or was told to wash it before bringing it back how happy they would be. The company told me they wouldn't replace it, but they would hopefully fix it fix it.

No support for wild cat x 1000 engines
I have a three year old Arctic Cat Wildcat 1000 x. The oil pump failed and the engine was ruined. I just found out that Arctic Cat is no longer providing the engines so I have a 30k machine that is worthless. Every Arctic Cat owner should be aware of this and never purchase any machines with the Arctic Cat name.

Refuse to accept purchased product
Received an Arctic Cat ATV Winch for gift from someone not realizing my ATV already had a winch. Arcticcatparts.ca refuses to accept return although winch never removed from original box and notification was within return period. They blame Arctic Cat U.S. for this policy but nothing on U.S. website mentions this policy nor am I aware of any other dealers with this policy.

Alterra 500 clutich no good 1700 mile. arctic cat tell me the clutich is bad after they sold it to me broke down . arctic cat know all about the bad clutch still sold it to me. do not buy it
