Customer service comes first

No restrooms. Drinks and food and no restrooms. No service so sad they never have restrooms available. People are sick and older

They tied my debit card up for no reason

I went inside bought gas and smokes and they put a hold on my card leaving me no access to my money Do not go to any Alco backed anything

BAD Customer service Hostile worker!

I went in the store asking how much is different prices of different cigars some of the same pack with different prices the lady got mad start yelling and screaming at me for no reason she's very disrespectful and talk to people any kind of way I'm not the first or the last she needs retraining can you contact me ASAP thank you

Complaint about an employee

Around 6.05am on 8/23/23 I pulled up to pump gas and I also needed to borrow a pen, I asked Bill if I could borrow a pen and he ignored me, so I asked him if heard me. At this point he was very aggressive towards me and with a rude manner he replied I said yes 3 times!! I didnt like his tone towards me so I asked if he was ok and he said no are YOU ok? I said excuse me you do not talk to customers like that!!so I told him I was going to call corporate and he said he did not care, and said that if I didnt like it I can go pump gas elsewhere.. I left very upset and I can assure you I will NOT buy anything from Arco again and you can thank Bill!! Having unhappy and rude employees shows Arco hires non educated people with no peoples skill. I will go to Yelp and Facebook and all my social media and let everyone know not to go there again!! Arco 1116 Casitas Pass Carpintería CA 93013

Refund of money

My som was accused of stealing a box of candy bars by a clerk. She banged on my car, Ishe even kicked my car leaving a dent. There were no candy bar/a box of them in his possession. She was a scammer as far as I can tell. She wanted money since she knew that I had taken $10 cash back from the transaction. I gave her the money. I left before she caused any further damage to my vehicle. I had never been to that Arco gas station, I had to Google it so I would be able to find a convenience store that was close by. I had to leave and go to work so I did not have time to wait for a police report. I am horrified about the situation so I do not go to convince stores anymore. It was a terrible experience and I will never return to an ARCO gas station ever again!!Non I

Abusive Attendants

I was at your Arco gas station on 6282 Day St. Riverside 92507 to get gas on Friday August 4th. about 1:00 PM. I paid $60 cash to pump. When I got to the pump, they had not turned it on. This is in about 90 degree heat and I had my daughter and granddaughter with me. I am almost passing out in the heat. I go back and tell them, we are in a hurry and the pump dies not work. Both attendants, rudely tell me you just have to wait. Meanwhile, we are worried that we are going to be late for an event that cost us thousands of dollars. Finally, the pump started working. While we are pouring pas in the car, one of them comes out, pulls it out, gas getting wasted on the ground and says its working. I said, it is now, why would you pull it out without talking? Then, we got about $51 worth of gas and when I went to the attendant in the store, I asked the people in the line, if they would let me get my change and they all agreed. But the attendee refused to give me my money and very rudely yield at me and said I have to go to the end of the line! I asked if I could take some merchandised instead and he said, if you do Ill call the police. So I left without getting my change. Its not the matter of money for me, but the principal and I want to make sure something will be done about it. These guys should NOT be talking to customers. Also, it is very hard to read the screen that shows the $ amount and the number of gallons. I am also not comfortable with that! Feel free to give me a call at 858-755-**** and ask for Faye, to discuss further. Something MUST get done about this.

Customer complaint a

Today 7/10/23 at around 3:15pm P.S.T., I went to the Arco gas station on Ave 45 and Figueroa in the Highland Park area of Los Angeles. I asked to play Super Lotto and Power Ball. Twice, they gave me quick picks even though I handed her a form in which I filled out numbers. I accepted the first one, then when back to my car so that I could play MY numbers. Again, she gives it back to me as if it was a quick pick. It was not my numbers. I explained this to both ladies, one of whom acted as though she could not speak English, but she DID speak English when I first asked about playing Power Ball. Then, both ladies got very rude with me and said "it's not my problem" when I asked for a refund. When she did agree to give me a refund, she rudely threw the two dollars in coins on the counter. Both ladies then waved towards the door and told me to go. I never once got upset, or raised my voice. You can check the security camera footage to confirm my story. VEVY bad customer service.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!!! NEVER GAVE ME THE GAS!!!

THEY STOLE MY $20!!! Javier and whoever the knock off T-Mobile reject dude are so incompetent. Charged me $20 gas, I paid in cash, but the pump never activated. The screen just said "wait a moment" and never activated to get my gas. I went back inside to tell them, afger pushing the "speak to attendant" button and they never answered. Somehow it turned into an additional 30 minutes counting their cash and verifying instead of them just fixing the issue and switching pumps or giving me a refund. The silly ***** NEVER went outside to look at what the pump was saying , they just insisted that the "system on the register said its completed". Such lazy, high school drop out, uneducated THIEF workers!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I got assaulted by the store manager

43rd ave McDowell 85009 Phoenix , I was assaulted on Sunday July second by your store manager he accused me of stealing and stayed in the middle of the exit and grabbed me by my neck with all his anger he had and started to swing me around and nearly fell push me to the floor in front of many people . I felt scared and embarrassed I was just trying to look I didnt know I had to buy something at Arco when I went it . He accused me of stealing a beer at 1 pm with 104 weather . Why would I steal and I want to say I was profiled because I decided to leave the day comfortable and dressed bummy and I never have problems ever until that day and I do not go to arco but now I definitely wont at all after how I was treated . He assumed I stole attacked me physically and tried to keep me there as if I was held hostage it was a horrible feeling I dont ever want to go through that again and I want actions to be taken I want to see him fired

Employee stole money from customer

I paid for my gas and went to pump it but the pump was not yet reset and still had a dollar amount from the previous purchase. Went inside asked clerk to reset pump so I could pump my gas he refused. I showed him the receipt he just printed me when I paid but still refused and threatened to call the police which I encourages him to do so since he stile from me but he was yelling at me I got scared and left with no gas. This happened at the San Marcos am/pm on 125 Santa fe. Ave. in California. He said his name was Dennis and he works the night shift. I would like him to be suspended or fired for being a thief and a horrible employee that has no customer relation skills. This incident happened yesterday evening at the beginning of his shift. 0616/23

Bad customer service

I have been getting gas at Arco on 14th @ Mission Street for quite some time now. I rarely speak to the cashier because I usually pay at the pump. Well I had recently switched banks so for some reason my new card would not authorize at the pump. When this happened it said to see the cashier so I went to the cashier on June 12th about 3pm and he ran the card no problem.I was on my way. The vet next day June 13 at 530 am I go to get gas and the same thing happens , see cashier . I go to the window I tell the cashier that my card says see cashier can you please run my card here. He looks at me and responds no. No reason , as to why he would not run my card , just no. I did not understand this cashiers attitude or why he would refuse a sale ? Besides this cashier having attitude and refusing to run my card, As an Ubwr driver I had to turn down a ride request because I did not have enough gas. Its not like the money is rolling in these days and that $30 dollar ride he cost me has stopped me from going back to that location.

I spent money on gas and when i finish my gas didnt go no where and i went in there and told then he said give it a min witch i did didnt go no where called them and then he told me to tell yall

Disgusting facility

Arco located at 72097 baker Blvd , baker ca 92309 was disgusting , for one there is no sign out front of the building only on the pumps multiple broken toilets that are taped up. Some are leaking with buckets underneath and broken sinks. Every other Arco have ever been in has been nice. I think this one is under poor management and need some help. I asked to talk to a manager and she said there was not one there. I believe it was her and she was out back, vacuuming and cleaning her car.

The guy was being rude

My stepmom went in the side and the guy worker Mario was being very rude to my stepmom she has a learning disability she told him she wanted 2 gallons of gas and he did not give her 2 gallons he only gave her 1.939 gallons so she came back to the car and told my dad and we went inside to talk to Mr. Mario and he did not want to look at the receipt and he refuse services for us. He didnt even know the gas price cost. And my blind dad told him the gallons is $4.79 twice $9.58 for 2 Gallons and we had to go to a another gas station and his manager did not say nothing. He made the decision when we were waiting to be necks. He were staring up and down at this customer in front of us that he was taking care of a female he is he is very prideful. He had no intention to apologize for his mistake. My blind dad told him if you dont know how to work your job, you should go make fries. And Mario got mad and refused our service.
