I never Eat at Arbies again. A young man was standing at the foo counter twirling his hair. at the food counter. I said to the manager, why is it altight for him to be teirling and play

Manager saw nothing wrong with the young food handler playing with his hair at the food counter. No one knows nor cares about safe food handling i would think managers would be Safe Serve certified. No more nasty Arbies for me. Wendys is right across the lot

Vouchers?

We were waiting on vouchers, never came. Called again, first person never sent them out, now this next one said he would, it will take 7-10 days. First person just said he was going to send them, never did. Let's see if we get them this time. Not happy.

Can't sign up for Arby's rewards

They dont have enough internet strength to get signed in.so we just go other places to eat.they would have to pay me to eat there. I will never go back .

we were told they do that on purpose. Signed still pissed....com.

Product not advertised correctly

The 2 for 7dollars roast beef sandwiches were advertised like the 2 for 7dollar chicken sandwiches with lettuce tomato and cheese. When I got home and opened the sandwiches, it was only the roast beef on a bun. When I called the location up to question the issue, she said they were meat and buns only. I was disappointed with her answer and that is why I was kind of pissed.

False advertising

I took a picture of my piece of paper that was delivered to my mailbox. I bought coupons for Arbys, and even with the picture of the advertisement two of the restaurants I went to would not allow me to get the food for the price it was advertised for.

Complaint against a store manager

I worked for Arbys up until two weeks ago. When I left the store, I quit. There were many reasons why I quit but the biggest reason was, seeing my manager drop two full roasts on the floor. He told me to pick them up with a tray after they sat there for a couple minutes. I put them in the back as I was directed. Later, I saw him wash them off and put them in the oven to reheat and serve to the customer. His remark to me was., you didnt see anything did you, which in my case I replied no but only to keep my job until I could find something else.

Discuss a change to the pecan chicken salad

I just sent the suggestion that the pecan chicken salad be changed to pulled chicken or smaller cubes of chicken so women and younger kids can eat it easier!! Should not cost the company too much more to produce it. It is excellent,just messy to eat and maybe too juicy with Mayo so it drips! Thanks for responding. M. H.

My 2 Americana were refrigerator cold and they were a sloppy mess. The store was out of Curley fries and cheese sticks.

The 1st time was at the Edinburg Ind store It happened again both americanas were cold and they gave me a sweet tea instead of unsweetened. This was at a drive through and I was traveling so I didnt no they were cold until I got back on interstate When it happened the first I just thought it was just an isolated incident but when it happened again I think there is a over all problem with Arbys.

Refund

I placed an order and it went to the wrong location. I ordered it for sturgeon bay but it went to green bay. I talked to the manager in Green Bay. She said she would call that location and have the order switched over. When I got to the Sturgeon Bay location. It was closed at 8 o'clock. The order was placed at 9.

Their Burgers are Trash,stick to what you do best

There burgers are deep fried,to Raw. When I purchased this Burger it was Raw no question about it. Someone call to tell me their process but it didn't change I got a raw burger. This location is on Bay Area Blvd in Houston TX. Please don't go there you definitely want get the wow factor or experience you are looking for

App doesnt work...seems like coupons are fraud when you cant redeem due to "technical difficulties"

Received a coupon only good thru the app...only app won't work! "Technical difficulties "! Stores won't honor and when I tried to call corporate it was the wrong number!!! Use to love them...not so much anymore!!

It is disgusting in here

The food was cold store looks atrocious trays, everywhere, garbage, overflowing, south is not even in the south bin there is lettuce in the main sink both bathrooms disgusting. Give it a go. If I had a pet rat I wouldnt serve anything in here.

Poor app information

E-mail show a free sandwich with purchase of a statehouse burger. After going to app.and after ordering burger, no information stating you have to load free sandwich with order it does not load automatically. App does not have e-mail specials in it. How does customer know to load free sandwich with order. I did not receive free sandwich with on line order.
