As soon as you contacted them, they took care of it, after a year of denying it; you should be able to get a lawyers fee from them (!).
I order a tree that was dead, and the second one never grew; then I ordered trees, a card and a national forest tree for a friend's funeral, which they lost, and denied. Thank you for helping them 'find' my order, even though a year late for the funeral.

I "donated" $20 in December of 2022. My "trees" finally arrived last week, and when I went to my mailbox, I laughed hysterically at the size of the bag from Arbor Day. When I opened the bag, I laughed even harder. They are the smallest little twigs I have ever seen. Lesson learned.

Dead Trees - Does Not Honor Guarantee
Ordered trees summer of 2022 for fall. They did not show up until December (250 seedlings). Hastily planted them and of course, all died due to hard freeze that happened shortly after planting. Contacted arbor day and got a letter saying to respond for a refund, or wait until spring for new trees. Spring is here, almost gone, no replacement trees, no communication, nothing from Arbor Day. Contacted them again for refund, nothing.

Have never received my shipments!
I have been waiting for one year for the shipment of 5 Sweet Shrubs! I have called so many times and customer service just blows me off!! Today I received a request for a donation and a promise to send me 5 Sweet Shrubs!! I have been a member for years! Never have gotten any shipments that were promised!! I feel this company is a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS! I cancelled my membership today!! They will never get another dime from me!! Buyers beware!! Do your research before donating to this company!!

Cant get contact from germany in fraud case
Hello My Name is Marc Oliveira Today 18th december soneone tryed to buy with my PayPal Account something about 20$ at 16:15:41 oclock at german time, something from your Shop. I got message about it and im wondering. Im from germany and today i woke up at 18 oclock so this order couldnt be mine, someone else tryed buy something with my Account. 'Lost' Orders??
The Arbor Foundation lost 3 of my orders and sent me a dead tree (but did replace it, which unfortunately did not grow.) I had contacted them several times and sent copies of the paid receipts, but a new person got in touch with me every time and I had to start over 4x, with no answers. They missed a good friend's funeral, which was really upsetting. Now this year, they lost another order, and I realized and posted many times that, like Unions who started out good, the Arbor Foundation was now only about money and profit (not our trees, which we can't survive without); and that the CEO needed to quit (which one did?!) However, after contacting Pissed Customers, they not only (said) they were sending this year's order, but last years also, So waiting, but very appreciative of Pissed Customers for them acknowledging all my orders! By the way, how do you suppose they found my orders so fast, after losing/denying them for over a year, even with paid receipts :)

We paid the Arbor Day Foundation $15.00, check #2648 dated 04/04/2022. said check was processed for payment against my account on 04/11/2022 by the ADF.
Thus far, we haven't received the ten trees as promised by ADF, yet you are asking us to renew our membership (#88-4009-****). We will not renew our membership because of the delayed turnaround time (so far unanswered), and request a refund of the $15.00 paid to you in April 2022.

Recent mailing
I was appalled at a recent mailing from the Arbor Day Foundation that came in a very large envelop and contained several pages of appeals for me to donate. I have to wonder how many millions of these mailings went out and how may trees died as a result.

I'm sorry many of my plants we recd did not make it, I am not pissed! we were away when they were shipped to our home. We were away for two weeks and came home to some pretty sad looking plants. We immediately planted and watered everyday. Dogwood didnt make it. Everything else is struggling too. Wood love a replacement bag if that allowed. Makes me vary sad.

Upset about the tree quality
I purchased 10 peach trees and 4 plum trees, all bare root in the fall of 2021. The trees were planted as instructed within 24 hrs of receiving the tree order. A drip system was installed and ready for spring growth. Problem is all the trees were dead. Not one tree had even one leaf. Be prepared for a dissappointment. I am now one year behind in my plan. This is a great organization, but a long way from a real quality organization. Good news is that I call the phone number provided and explained the situation and was told i would get a refund and that others had experianced similar problems last year. Kyle

Say they care about trees “huge lie. Look at the pictures”
First off no email saying when trees would be shipped so I couldnt call diggers hotline beforehand. Trees were delivered by fedex to the wrong address a street over. Not even on my street. A guy had to come from the apartment building and tell me they were there. They sat in almost 90 degree heat for 24hrs before I got them. Then I open the box to trees that have the tops all snapped over and broken. Also it looks like some were dug days before they were boxed for shipment. So for about $350 I received a box of kindling. I will try and plant them today but it only looks like maybe 3 or 4 out of the 15 trees I ordered will make it. I spent $20 a tree for crap when I could have went to menards and for $40 got nice potted trees I have been a member for 8 years with the Arbor Day foundation. But no more. They can save a tree by not asking me for more donations by mail.

I made an order with Arbor Day Foundation almost 3 weeks ago and the funds were withdrawn from my credit card immediately but my order has still not even shipped, even after repeated phone inquiries and their promises to send the product out right away.

I'm thoroughly discussed with the fact that this company has been allowed to Scam sooooo many people who had great desires to help this world by planting trees, but were deceived over and over again!
This so-called Foundation is corrupt and has been allowed to cheat so many people!!!! I want my trees and others to get theirs!!!!!

Offered free trees, "selected for" my area in exchange for a donation. Two of 6 are non-native! This is a major issue!
