Delay in picking up a delivery

i have a delivery placed a week ago from Tunisia to Dubai but no one pick it up until now. and there is no phone number to contact aramex every time the machine respond.

I need to know the status of my shipment

My delivery

Tracking number is showing my bank card in Dubai Airpot road Aramex(Main Branch). I was two times there, but Aramex customer service responsible guy is telling not written your name. I call it again bank and BankCustomer service spoke Aramex customer service then I solve my problem.I received my Bankcard last minut before flying.

KYC Documents

Pathetic service and should not trust this delivery agent because I ordered under my pet name but they asking the proof of pet name how the person will keep the proof under pet name. And no one least bothered to call or to provide any other option to change the name and provide documents and paid 10,000/- for order to get delay services.

Poor customer service

Over charging for package pickup. Package was shipped on June 01, 2023, Due to the contents it was delayed. The item that was not in compliance was removed. The remaining shipped to the final destination, Accra, Ghana on July 17, 2023. The agent informed the receiver that the charges for this 35 lbs package was $332.00 on July 18. Not even 24 hours has passed, and now the charge is $350.00 i have been trying to find out how much is actual rate for shipping this package is. I've been waiting to speak to someone for an extremely long time. The number i was given is not working. i find this is not satisfactory customer service and the charges are ridiculous for this transaction. the entire contents is around what you are asking for the charges. also the agent suggests selling the items to pay for the shipment. .,this is not acceptable practice for an organization which claims to be reliable and customer caring. I am writing with good faith that my concerns are noticed and that Aramex can find a more fair and reasonable fee, sorry for the inconvenience of the delay it would have been great if the agent in New York had returned the package to the origin from the beginning. i look forward to doing business in the future. Complaint of pick up staff

For the past two days i have been trying to collect my debit card from the pickup location and the attendent was rude, rough and lacked any aspect of customer service. First day he threw my ID card back to me and the 2nd day he literally shut the door on my when i arrived 5 mins before 7pm.

A held package in aramex

A package was sent from usps department in Utah state to aramex department in New York for final delivery to Ghana but actually the supplier havent delivered the package since last month and I want to know what happened The tracking from usps is :9536 21** **33 3160 **** 89 please check it and lets me know so I can provide the address again to proceed my order to Ghana airport

Consignment totally destroyed in transit

I had sent a courier to my son in Sydney containing household goods and a electrical rice cooker on 13.06.2023 by Airway bill no 322********. The goods were totally damaged due to oimproper packaging, rough handling during transportation rendering them unusable at the time of delivery, photos of the items sent from Chennai at the time of taking delivery from me and also after delivery at Sydney have also been forwarded through mail, to the Shipper Acct No: 6054**** Mob No 956612**** Name Ajay. THREW PARCEL OVER 9FT FENCE ONTO A GRAVEL COURTYARD

Yet another stellar job by this poor excuse for a courier. For once they were actually on schedule to deliver inside their delivery window. The item was going to a business hub for collection. The business has an 8ft fence and security cameras and a gravel parking area out the front of the office inside the fence. Staff arrived at 7.45am and found my parcel on the ground in the middle of the parking area. It was only a small box so lucky no-one ran over it. I got them to check the security camera and sure enough, the courier just chucked it over the fence without any regard at all. It travelled 2-3 metres from the fence and landed on hard ground. THAT'S WHAT AMAREX CALL ' LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE'...

POOR SERVICE

The delivery driver was shouting at me for letting him wait. But the driver went to the wrong address. Inferior app. No way to call back the delivery driver. The driver will call you, pretend he cannot hear you, and then cut the call. Afterward, he will declare that the customer cannot be reached. Horrible!! For two days I've been going out of work early just to learn that my parcel cannot be delivered because I cannot be reached.
