Pathetic customer service, staff very rude never listen to complains its second time we got a leak bottle but no one is listening only because the seal was open, i just bought the bottle and open it then we saw the leakge but no one is willing to change

Had a case of Aquafina water that the lids were cracked. This is the second time I have had an issue with Aquafina water. I called PepsiCo and they sent me several coupons to compensate me for my problem.

To compliment on the recent bottle size and water content being changed to a better system
It was a battle for the last year or so about the company putting out an inferior bottle with less water and slices in the bottle to reduce the water volume and a cap that was inferior a blue cap that was inferior and very bad too reconnect and prevent water from leaking during transport. It seems as if the white lidded bottles and the full capacity water has rectified the problem but I was Disturbed to see the action of Aquafina to actually undercut customers product. I purchase hundreds of cases of water from Aquafina and I was Disturbed to see the poor quality. I hope that the poor quality is gone and the white Lids in the full capacity bottles will perpetuate their success thank you.

My name is Samuel Rodriguez, l Bought a pack of 24 oz. Bottles and every bottle is damaged so much that the plastic on each bottle is waped so bad that they fall over spilling the water inside. My phone 213 200****. Bar code no. On bag is 120005****. This 24pack of Aquafina water got somewhere damaged with heat that all the bottles were warp on the bottom. So bad that they would not stand and most spilled. I am a devoted customer normally buying weekly two 32 packs for my wife and house but, this time I purchased 24 pack of water seeing there was not any others.

Blob of something found in bottle of water
A blob of something that I thought could be a parasite or something harmful in a bottle of water. I had drank some of the water and later poured the rest of it into a bowl and it fell out of the bottle. Needless to say, I was scared and very concerned about this. I would like to know if it should be sent to you to be analyzed because I am concerned for my health!

On your new Aquafina plastic bottles with the white covers the white cover wont separate from the bottom part of that cover so I cannot open your product anymore and will have to change to a different company to get water. Also, your bottles will no longer sit on a bureau or on the shelf because thats the kind of cheap plastic, it just bulges out and will not sit flat and falls over and will spill all the water. Obviously if its open. When are you going to fix his problems? We used to like your water company when they had the other bottles with the blue tops that would easily undo , but if this is not fixed or until this is fixed, we will no longer be able to buy your water as Im sure a lot of other people are in agreement about this.
