Excellence

We were renovating our master and guest baths a few months ago and were given the name of APR Supply on Stanton Christiana Rd by friends that swore by them for products and service. Went to take a look and were surprised by the large, beautiful display rooms and the many name brand products. Due to our time constraints it was recommended to make an appt., come back and work with a customer rep. We did so with a woman by the name of Suzanne. We were greeted with professionalism and she told us to take all the time we needed. How refreshing not be rushed! I can't say enough about her. Took several weeks to pick and make final decisions. Bathrooms completed and are extremely satisfied. Not one to write reviews but was so satisfied with this process along with the help of Suzanne and APR I wanted others to know that there is a place to go with quality products and great service. *** furnace

had new furnace installed this thing has melted coupling 2 contractors working on it cracked heat exchange yet they only worry about is the draft of it have *** of a time 2 months with no heat or fumes that choke you and burn your eyes even contractors get no where with these idiots and people are snotty and pass the blame tell your contractor to use a different supply company these people suck I wouldn't wish this on anyone I think I have to go to the dj and file legal charges bought new parts and just keep getting bills with no results STAY AWAY APR SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

APR Plumbing Supply Don't waste your time!‎

There were 2 people behind the counter, which means there were 2 customers being "helped" and 2 people including myself waiting. It was a Thursday morning, and they were obviously not busy. I waited a whole 2 minutes before being waited on. But when I told him I was only there for a $6.00 part, he did not have time to find it for me. It doe s give me a good feeling, however, to know that in 3 days I needed to purcjase a new central air and heating system for my house. Guess who I am not going to purchase it from! THESE GUYS ARE MORE USELESS THAN A HEMORRHOID!!!!!
